We came Sunday for breakfast and were so happy with food service and cleaningness of hemingways that we came back monday again for lunch. Absolutley happy 10 out of 10 :)

Great place for good food and a cheerful ambience! It is usually loud in here and pretty much always full of people... The food is very nice with a lot of options and also reasonably priced... The service is a little slow owing to the huge number of people.. It is probably the most popular mexican restaurant in and around Ludwigshafen.. 15 minutes by walk from the main station...

Amazing happy hour cocktails...we had mango punch and red sunrise ..mango punch was non alcoholic while red sunrise was alcoholic...amazing ambience..might be bit loud for some...but place is very lively...we had a English speaking waiter who suggested great veg and non veg dishes... In veg we had Enchilada and non veg we had ...just walking distance from Ludwigshafen Mitte Bahnhof and Rhein Gallerie Ludwigshafen.. it's my favorite in the city

Yummy food and great hospitality 😄

We ordered a maincourse and nachos, as a simple starter. After attending the waiters several times, we waited for more than 40 minutes to get our starter. During our 'waiting' they brought us a salad bowl from another table (to prepare for the main course, they said).... When we asked for the bill (little frustated), one of the managers(?) came to offer us a doggy bag to take the nachos home, because 'the nachos were already prepared for us'. What a laugh :-). Our advice: tell your guests - when the waiting time is longer than normal - honestly before offering a table (we were not the only ones waiting so long). Or, guests, If you want to have dinner, ask for the 'etow' (estimated time of waiting).

Since the first minute I walked in, I loved this place! Amazing vib! Cute decoration, very nice staff, and food were really good. Ambiance with NO loud music, which is weird to find today, and it's perfect. Very reasonable prices.

Glad i randomly found this place, stayed for an overnight here at Manheim and passed accidentally outside so i went inside to rat and drink somthing. Service, drinks and food are top quality. Waiter and waitress helpful relaxed and they know what they do with a smile. I had a few gin and a chicken burger. Fresh top quality food, simply amazing, well served gin . Just visit! Hope I can come back again in the future. P.s I wanted to know how to get a taxi, they have also helped us to this matter and within 10 minutes we got our ride. Top!

The waiter was so rude, impolite, bad-mannered and uncivil . I did a simple remark and told him that he served me a bad glass of beer (as in the picture), so he told me "you can leave the restaurant if you don't like it" Is this a way to speak to a customer? Not normal!!!

Nice cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming . The food was delicious and plated beautifully. I had the chicken burrito which came with a delicious side salad and fries. The non-alcoholic strawberry dacquiri was DELICIOUS!!! Also had the nachos with salsa for an appetizer. Yes, definitely a place to relax, and enjoy good food and drinks.

Food was good, not the most flavourful but overall was nice. Unfortunately the service let this place down. It was not busy, but I had to wait a very long time for any service. The waiter spent the majority of the time talking to what I assume was a friend of his at a different table, which wouldn't be a problem if he was also taking care of other customers. I waited 10 to 15 minutes just to receive my first drink, and about the same amount of time to pay the bill. This discouraged me from ordering anything other than one drink and a main. I am usually very forgiving of wait times but this just felt unnecessary and left me disappointed. Maybe I got the place on a bad night, but this didn't encourage me to visit again unfortunately. However I think more attentive service would easily bump this up to a four star review.

On our way to brandnertal, we made a stopover in Ludwigshafen and had dinner at Hemingways. A fully packed restaurant, but the manager did everything to give us a nice table. The team working here is amazing. Everybody friendly and with smiles on their faces. The food was delicious! Completely understandable that this place is soooo popular!

I went there with my boyfriend and 2 other friends. We came around 17:30 without a reservation and they still had a table free, but most everything was already reserved. The service was really good, until around 19h... then the restaurant got incredibly full and the staff was a bit overwhelmed. It also got super loud and a bit uncomfortable. The food was really good and a good portion. I'm not so used to spicy food and for me was a bit too spicy, but I already expected it and wouldn't take points out of it (the others found it quite good with the spiciness). In general we would go there again. If you are coming a bit later you need to reserve, because it gets really full.

My go-to place for everything. Amazing cocktails, great service and very delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere . Prices are affordable, especially in the Happy Hour. I am eating and drinking regularly there with friends and colleagues and didn't have one bad experience.

The place is beautiful ❤️ The waiter was excellent. The food...if you are familiar with Mexican cuisine, this is not your typical Mexican food that I am used to.

The cocktails are nice and cheap and the ambience is fun and cozy, food though isn't really their strong suit, its average. I do recommend it for the drinks though.

The vegetarian food was not good, specially the burrito, this was really not Mexican, but just salt-less rice and some beans wrapped together. Food can really improve!! Place is great though!

Visited October 2021. Very mediocre indeed. Ordered enchiladas and all they managed to do was melt the cheese on the outside and keep the very centre really rather cold. Wouldn’t bother visiting again or recommending.

Was there for dinner, breakfast, and brunch within three days. All fantastic.
