Very poor service, Leftover food in the fridge, muldy dangerous to human. Sicknesses, long term desiases. Food hygiene completely failed. Very expensive. The tables not cleaned regularly. The customer service sometimes slow, because not enough stuff. Fridge -33, ? Suppose store this item between 3-6 degrees, or -18. Vegetarian and meat product stored at the same fridge. Fridge glass very dirty. I guess the Haccp book filled incorrectly. Not a healty shop. Not up to the basic expectation. If you require help to store food and bevarages ask professional to avoid fines or bad comments or even to make sick someone. I kindly ask you to clean the shop. Employ more people to keep up the Starbucks image.

Great Starbucks Visiting here from the UK and this place is both a lovely light bright venue with great standard drinks. Very busy and a long queue but the staff were efficient in getting through the queue as quick as is possible. Lovely vibe. Lots of seating inside and outside. Wished our local branch in the UK was as good.

Café Mocha ice coffee was really nice . But very strange experience- they refused to give me a straw without any specific reason.The lady said straw comes only with Frappuccino and when I said how much should I pay extra for a simple straw,she refused that too.Very strange „policy“ and staff.

Had the croissant cheese and Turkey, carrot cake, and iced brown sugar. It was all good. Sitting outside with the view across the street makes this place nice.

Starbucks prices should come with a certain level of quality. The coffee tastes burnt, the cake is very dry. I watched them pour my drink out of various grimy looking containers and honestly lost my will to drink it. I paid 8 bucks for this. The location is mainly a bunch of wooden chairs around giant tables. It looks like a school cafeteria and the message is very obviously, "Just take your drink and go." It's still always busy, so there's no incentive to change, I guess.

Same as in the US - terrible coffee, overpriced specialty drinks and pastries. Dour faced workers who never smile. No clue why Germans want to go here, except that it's across the street from the city's two most popular places - the famous Wasserturm (water tower) and the main pedestrian zone and shipping area.

Well I got a Mocha Frapp like i always get in USA the 1st time i got it is not even taste like mocha frapp is just sweet nothing coffee on it. Supposed to be taste like mocha anyways i said to myself it okay. Now the 2nd time today i said mocha frapp and they give me creamé sweet frapp so we return it to the barista and tell what is this. And shes like blah blah blah no manners to the customer and i ask where is your manager here and shes like im the manager? And i was like what? your the manager being disrespectful to the customer? And she talk to much nonsense. Then i tell them what do you want me do to call the 1800 number, shes like are you treating me? Suddenly im gonna make it again and i will pay for it. What kind a manners does she have it? How did even she become a manager in Starbucks? What a shamefull to her! 😡😳😵😠 👎👎👎

Great atmosphere with huge glass windows around. The staff members are great! Lots of options available. I often go with a cold seasonal coffee on their menu. Warm snacks were also decent.

Saturday - there is a constant stream of people out the door and the staff are INCREDIBLE handling this rush. So quick and super kind - very hard working crew. The drinks were perfect and so was the food - great job guys, you're awesome!!

The perfect Starbucks. The only one in Mannheim but it feels as if you are in America. Amazing experience and the staff speaks English.

Nice place to chill out friends

As the only Starbucks in the city, it is often overcrowded and have long queues. They offer some good variety of food and of course coffee as expected from the brand. Staff is very friendly and most of them can speak English.

During the lockdown a shadow of its full capacity: flooded with natural light, comfy chairs and water tower view. Let's hope it's back there soon.

Great place to have coffee with super friendly and competent staff.

The service here is fantastic, the nice woman at the cash register spoke both perfect English and perfect German. She had very little accent making her easy to understand, and was very polite and friendly when taking my order. The environment was fantastic although the temperature was a bit warm, it's definitely not a deal breaker since it is pretty hot right now.

Bought a signature hot chocolate at this Starbucks. The staff was lovely but they used the Milbona brand milk from Lidl. This is the cheapest and lowest quality milk available in Germany and obviously the hot chocolate tastes accordingly. Despite the lower quality product I was still charged the same price as normal - €7.50. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

Always too crowded and sometimes not so friendly, maybe it's because they have too much to do. But anyway, the coffee there or cakes and cookies are so yummy that's why I gave them 4 ⭐️
