My worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire stay at hotels till date in any 4 or 5 star hotels. I’ve stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels earlier as well in Delhi, Amritsar, Gurgaon etc. This was worst of them all * This hotel firstly lacks Professionalism. * Nobody is there to greet you or help you with all welcome formalities as soon as you reach there. * You have to continuously keep asking them to get your luggage to the room or any such queries that is basically to be informed by them such as details of your room, basic hotel amenities, wifi and restaurant queries. * You have to call the housekeeping, reception, in room dining n number of times just incase you need a single thing in your room. Now talking about the room- * Extremely disappointed with the room, I booked a business class room and still it look like a very basic hotel room. * The water kettle was not working at all besides complaining At the reception what I get to hear is I can just provide a feedback so that they look into it from next time. * The tub had a broken handle, and the water would just not stay in there as it kept leaking and sinking at the same time. The hand shower attached to it was leaking as well. * The flooring of bathing area was so dirty that I could literally see the dirt coming off when the water hits the floor. *Hot water was not available as I believe the geyser too had some technical issues. *If you look into the information provided regarding the room amenities available, I got ONLY 40% of it. Rest 60% was just a joke for them. No fruit wine available, no cookies, no beverages, no alarm clock, snack basket, no dental kit, and the counting keeps on going. * Had to call again and again just to get some water at my room. *Ordered food around 2 am, got burnt rotis, tasteless kadhai paneer, no salt & pepper sachets. If you have your kitchen open at this time why don’t you actually appoint a staff who is available to pick your call and work with full concentration. The food was not eatable at all, kadhai paneer was so tasteless, and to make it better I got burnt rotis. Horrible experience. Honestly I can’t believe I have just been to a freaking 4 start hotel. They were not even interested or inclusive of receiving any feedback. When tried complaining all they had to say is “sorry mam” but you can provide a feedback on their site rather than working on it and providing us a different room. My final verdict, THE ROOM WAS NOT WORTH SPENDING A SINGLE PENNY CONSIDERING ITS A 4 STAR HOTEL THAT TOO RADISSON BLU. They lost my trust! And I wasted my money and time staying there.

This review is for Radisson Rudrapur restaurant only. Service is super slow. Drinks options is limited. Food is average. 3/5 as per Rudrapur standards. 1/5 as per New Delhi standards. Good they are only catering to Rudrapur and surrounding crowd.

Decent appetizers and desert. Service could be a touch better. However, the worst part has to be the live music. It was loud and painful to hear, not to mention the fact that people had to scream when talking to others on the table. No change in volume despite 5 requests. Expect a little more decency from Radisson.

Radisson Blu hotel located at ruderpure Pantnagar. Near SIDCUL in font of Ginzer hotel. This Hotel is Contemporary hotel offering an international restaurant, plus an outdoor pool & free breakfast. Near by this hotel small mall area available for shopping. If you are planning stay here in this hotel then good idea. Don't think book it. Because everything if good quality rooms and foods.

Great experience. Comfortable stay. Good rooms with all amenities like iron with ironing board, hair dryer etc. Good and clean swimming pool. Changing area for the pool could be made better. Food was delicious. Breakfast had good variety. View from hotel room was very nice. After rainfall, we could see a beautiful rainbow.

Decent Radisson blu. Attended a wedding here, the service and food was good. So was the decoration (flowers could have been a lil freshers tho). The staff was polite and helpful. Overall a good experience

Visited the hotel while on the way back. Had no booking, etc., but the staff at reception were very helpful. The food was nice. I ordered a burger and tomato soup along with fish and chips. In room dining was prompt, taste was good. Monejng breakfast spread was also very good. To be honest and candid, I had a superb experience.

Had a stay for two days, although the staff is amiable and motivated there was lack of chain of command as to address issues, for instance the room I was given had a broken refrigerator and the locker was out of batteries; upon calling the reception they sent the security staff to unlock the locker with a key rather than sending someone from the general department to replace the batteries. The swimming pool washroom had an odd odour and the common shower wasn't maintained as some lady's ruffle was lying there. Aside from the issues, included breakfast was nice except a few items such as the breakfast sausage which was stale. Building maintenance is poor, visible cracks on the outer structure and the swimming pool has electric wires coming out of the light sockets within the water, the steam room is also unavailable due to the malfunction of a part , upon talking to the lifeguard one was informed that these issues have been informed to the general department but no action has been taken over the months. When an individual visits a hotel chain that has a brand value the staff must strive to protect the same. This can be definitely be improved with proper directions and execution. Micromanagement and macromanagement both can be exceptional with the motivated staff if the higher ups take initiative.

I didn't like the service of this hotel. They didn't provide at least one slipper. The room is beautiful and clean. I like swimming pool.

The rooms were neat, clean and spacious however, the funny thing is that there was no ventilation in the toilets. After using the toilet the smell would never go away. After bath the steam would stay in the bathroom for a long time. Being a Blu hotel the basic exhaust or ventilation should have been taken care of. Required a basic medicine pudin Hara or metrogil at around 10 pm because of stomach ache I was told that they don't even have basic medicines for the guests and that I would need to go to the medical store to get it myself. Went to the nearest medical stores (2 stores) both closed and was again refused any help and assistance from the hotel staff at the reception. I was then unable to travel to the main city as it was far from the hotel. Somehow made myself sleep with the stomach ache. A bad experience for me considering it was Radisson Blu.

Very good hotel , humble staff and very expert host ,location is superb food was ok and average. Rooms are specious but with old infra and furniture and fixtures. Service is quite pleasant and quick very humble and cooperative front offc staff . My over all experience is good , suggesting to upgrade rooms .

Worst hotel that I have experienced. Third time i came here for food and the experience is so bad. They take the order and forget to get that done. They will take one hour minimum to get your order on the table. Till then your hunger is already over and mood not good In n number of other high rated hotels I have stayed, I get the food within 10-15 minutes or max 25 But here, pls don't go ever... If you thinking to have food when you are hungery

Very well appointed rooms and a sumptuous spread for breakfast. Warm and courteous staff. Service can be a bit better in the restaurant. Overall an awesome stay.

One of the worst services witnessed at this place. Front desk had no professional etiquettes and made my stay a bizzare. There was continuous sound in my room and the staff had no intention to give us a pleasant stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Radisson Blu Rudrapur may spoil the reputation of the Brand.

This time we headed to #RadissonBlu #Rudrapur #Uttrakhand. By road it takes around five hours to be here, the only Five Star hotel in vicinity. This is a perfect stopover and can make day trip to Nainital, the famous summer destination for travellers. #RadissonBlu #Rudrapur is approx hundred twenty keys hotel with a huge area in and around. It's on the highway and right on the road towards Nainital. This is also a perfect place for destination wedding which is a norm these days as they have huge lawns and Banquets. #RollsRoyce is there on the porch which can be hired for the functions. Mr Biswajeet Chakraborty has recently joined this hotel as GM, HM graduate with decades of experience, is very humble, courteous and sweet human being. We had sumptuous lunch at #KumaonCafe, the twenty four hour coffee shop here. In the evening they have a regular live band. Started with Veg Wanton soup followed by delectable starters  like Rajma Galaouti Kebab, Alloo Tikki, Paneer Tikka, Mutton Seekh, Brocolli, Chicken Tikka,.... all were perfectly done with nice plating. Mutton Biryani was again delicious with full of aroma. Morning breakfast we had in our room. Fresh fruits, juice, Alloo Parantha and Cholle Bhature. After breakfast we headed to see Haripura Dam which is half an hour drive from the hotel. It was a wonderful site yet govt. should do something to make it more attractive for the visitors. Lunch we had Dal Tadka, Mix Vegetable and Mutton Masala.... lipsmacking. Evening we attended the live music session and enjoyed the dinner from the buffet. Loved the quesadilla from the live station, a Maxican dish, the tortilla stuffed with cheese, veges. Next morning again we had fruits, juice and poori bhaji for the breakfast in our room. GM Biswajit Chakraborty arranged for a visit to #Nanakmatta Gurudwara which is approx one hour drive from #RadissonBlu #Rudrapur. Very smooth and nice drive with greenery around. A wonderful time spent here. Thanks to the team for making our stay comfortable.

Very Nice.....Spic and span as one would expect. Just next to Radison Blie Rudrapur is a big Shopping multi-brand Mall. The mall has burger king and even a nice High end Wine store on the ground floor

Stay is good. Food not up to the mark,in particular Breakfast items. Puri supposed made out of Wheat flour but they are making with Maida. This is not expected from star rating hotel. Dinner side dishes are all having same flat taste.

I know this one negative review in the whole pool of great reviews would not matter to anyone, but I will still give it a try. No one is bothered if i am saying AC is not working. Hotel changed my room and still the same, and the funny part is I am writing it from the hotel room. Basically all in all if there is any issue you facing, just be ready to be on your own after paying a hefty amount of money. Just remember whatever you paid, do not remember that after paying(simple solution of this hotel)

Rooms are clean. Restaurant staff is very courteous. Mr Kheem took care of us, he is a sincere guy. Swimmimg pool needs more cleaning, shower area next to pool was dirty. It needs to be cleaned up. Hotel staff is very nice. Amazing stay. Incredible food 100 wows to the chef.

Their pool looks like an unmaintained pond. That should suffice for a review. Rooms were nice though and the food was mind-blowing. Tasty kebabs for dinner and bacon strips for breakfast!!! Loved it

Reading some of these reviews, I had to double check that I had the right hotel. Been visiting this hotel since 2013 when it opened. Was definitely a 5 star review then. Today is a whole different story. The hotel was sold a to Rockland (the hospital guys) a short while back. Not sure if that has anything to do with why this hotel has dipped so much, or if it was the pandemic, either way, it’s not the Radisson experience you expect. Room maintenance is really poor. From broken switches, damaged flushes, worn out carpets etc. The room I stayed in last night had a broken switch and a broken lamp. No doubt that the food here is decent and the In-room dining and restaurant do a good job in terms of food quality. The service level at the restaurant however is questionable and I wonder if the F&B manager has an idea about what is being done. This morning half the restaurant was empty and of the 10 available tables, not a single one was cleaned and setup for the next guest. This is after they have a hostess at the entrance. Ask for a coffee and they staff will bounce you around. Honestly I think I’ll just carry my own coffee equipment next time. Being that this is a business hotel, and like most business hotels, senior staff is (and used to be in this very hotel) available around the front office to get customer feedback and interact with customers. I wasn’t surprised that not only were they not available in person, but not a single senior staffer was available on the phone!!! That’s GM, Front office, F&B, sales or housekeeping Leaving aside the good facilities (pool, bar, common area’s, and the food) the poor maintenance of the hotel and the absence of a basic minimum level of service (available at smaller, lesser known and cheaper hotels in Rudrapur and Haldwani) is why I’m giving this hotel a 2 star review. I really hope this hotel comes back to its 2018 level International travellers I recommend this hotel for because of the food and facilities Domestic travellers I recommend hotels like Ark or Uday in Rudrapur

Located just close to the border with UP. A good place to relax, the pool looked clean. The food was decent.

I like Nothing about this place, expect the Guard Prakashji who greets with all warmth & love. We stayed here for a month. Terrible food, trust me even if your a bad cook. You can make much better food than the chef's in the hotel. We ate exactly same buffet breakfast for 30 days, because that's what they make everyday. No changes not even in the fruits. Just 3 fruits everyday. The ac did not work well in the room and 3 nights we could not sleep because of the bad odour that ended up with headache & illness. We made complaints & they just sprayed room fresheners . In the middle of night at 1 pm we asked to give us another room. They said we need to bring our luggages. Imagine tired people who travelled & work in the morning has to pack their stuff that's in the room for 15 days and shift in midnight. Very intolerable. We had a worst experience. Also we asked for drop off as it was already mentioned in our package. They denied saying it's chargeable. The bill of our stay was taken care by company was arround 2lakh and they denied for drop off which was already mentioned in their package mail which was sent by the hotel.

I stayed every month for 2 to 3 days since 2019 . My last stay was May 3rd.to5th. My personal view..hotel is very good to stay . Ambience Staff's attitude,Caring each guest and try to provide best posdible services. Even most of the times my specific demad like Tawa roti and plain green subji etc.was served..

This hotel was too bad..the service was not up to the mark...we ordered milk at 11 pm and we received in the mid night around 2am...in morning we ordered aloo parantha for the baby..that we didn't received even..they don't have proper crockery to serve even..the style to clean tha plates before giving to guest was by deflating the air from his mouth ....

Everything was good ,as we were sitting in the bar ....we wanted our drinks to be served with Sprite or 7Up but they refused saying that the hotel does not get these 2 cold drinks....how can it be?

Very comfortable stay however little bit overpriced may be this is beacuse of not having any 5 or 4 star category hotel in Rudrapur. I have paid 4000+ tax in CP with single pax.

Lovely property with spacious rooms.. big washrooms.. very warm staff.. Gr8 lip smacking food at the Kumayun Cafe .. Loved it
