I had purchased a tungsten carbide wedding ring and after I lost weight for the wedding it not longer fit. Since these rings can't be re-sized and it was well past the 90 day return policy I thought that I was going to have to eat the cost. After talking with there district manager they worked a deal with the vendor and I was able to get the correct sized ring without any hassle. -Chas

Never opens or closes at the times on the website they have ok employees but my favorite that worked there is there no more it is very annoying when the people work there don’t help you find what you need

My engagement ring was purchased here and we’ve visited a few times after for cleaning, to purchase my wedding band and for ring sizing. Every visit Lisa has been so amazing and friendly. We come back because of her wonderful service, and the friendly employees.

Received ring as gift that needed to be resized. Since the buyer had purchased the warranty, it was no problem. Staff were great even though I wasn't in there to buy something. Very courteous, service was fast and accurate. Will definitely consider buying there in the future.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and had an amazing experience! He was able to custom design my ring and it is perfect! The attention to detail the staff show is amazing. We returned to get his band and they were once again awesome! Not pushy at all when we went with a cheaper band. It came in super fast and we are so happy with it.
