First visit! Impressed with the layout and decor. The menu wasn’t very appealing. The service was nasty, unimpressive, rude. I had the bruschetta board and I loved the idea, execution was on point, slightly too greasy however. I will absolutely go back here to try again because the view is fabulous and I love the decor and I hope to have a better experience.

Beautiful seafood restaurant, right on the river with a beautiful view while you eat! Very nice and clean inside. Greeters, wait staff, and bartenders are all very nice and professional. Good variety of different seafood dishes on the menu and their specialty drinks are to die for! The all you can eat crab legs are a very good deal and some of the best crab legs I've had!

It is a beautiful riverside restaurant. The food is great, Thursdays is half off on pasta dishes. They have great sauce!

First time here and it was excellent. Service was prompt and our server was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, everyone in our group was happy with their selection. Recommend the seafood sampler, the tuna was excellent. We also had the bruschetta samplers which were awesome.

Great place to go for food and drinks. Restaraunt is clean and the food is delicious. Love the access from the Allegheny River and the courtesy extended to us every time we go there by boat. When going there by car, there is a nice parking lot with easy access to the front door! The deck is large and has plenty of seating and offers a great view of the water. Highly recommend the Seared Tuna Sandwich. It's amazing!

It was too loud for me. I did get to sit at the windows to look out over the water. The waitress was nice but only checked on us once before giving us the check. Some of the waitresses were not dressed appropriately (to me). One wore booty shorts and another wore a white mini skirt that left nothing to the imagination. I understand if you dress a certain way, you might get more tips. But I expected this place to be more conservative and of higher quality. Especially with their menu options and prices. I ordered the Pittsburgh Style salad. It had the usual salad ingredients with added chicken, melted cheese, and rosemary potatoes. I would've ordered just the chicken and potatoes if I could have. Delicious!

This review is a tough one! I don't like to take an establishment to task regarding a situation, but in this case, due to absolutely "NO" response from the establishment, I have no choice. Date of Visit: 09/17/2023 Time of Visit: 12:40 P.M. Order # : 8 Transaction #: 501206 Actually met the Owners on their way out of the restaurant as we were entering. Food Ordered: Appetizer: Deviled Eggs (Shared) My Order: Mussel's and a Side of Pasta. Order in Question: Wife - Seafood Skillet Duo: Clams and Crab Legs with French Onion Soup. Beverages: Water and Unsweetened Tea. All of the items were top notch as we have experienced in the past. Problem: 5:00 to 6:00 P.M. my wife began to feel ill. She remained up and about until 9:00 P.M. she went to bed. Approximately 11:00 P.M. she ran to the bathroom and was extremely sick. Projectile Sick! She returned to bed, Nausea gone but the usual residual remained. Why we feel her illness was the result of the food consumed at the Mariner: Previously that day she had only ingested (1) Egg Bagel and (2) Cookies. (At Home). We feel it was bad clams. We shared the Eggs and my meal had no after effects. Within her serving of clams we noticed that over a dozen of them had not opened during cooking. (Unusually large number for (1) serving.) Where the Owners of the Mariner went wrong was their lack of caring. An E-Mail was sent explaining that we were not looking for anything in return, we wanted them to be aware that something had gone wrong so that they could review their inventory or take a look at the preparation to keep this from occurring again. We weren't angry, we own our own business and when things aren't correct, we want to know about it. The E-Mail was to be informative and to give them a heads-up to the situation. It is now 10/13/2023, 27 Days after sending the alert. Not a single response from the Owners, Establishment or even the Dishwasher. So "BE AWARE", if you incur a situation from the Mariner Restaurant, do not expect them to CARE or even acknowledge that you as a patron have taken time to alert them in a caring and professional way. I guess they "Just do not want to know". So, in return, we will not take our time to drive there from West Deer Township and we have alerted others that have visited the Mariner in the Past. It did not need to be this way.

Enjoyed dining here today for the first time to celebrate my husband’s 66th birthday. The food/cocktails were delicious and we had exceptional service from our waiter Gavin!! Beautiful view outside the windows!!
