If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would! Found a picture of my “dream” wedding band online awhile ago. With the wedding approaching, I brought the picture to Kay’s and a man named Scott helped me find my ring! Very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, patient and kind! The warranties they offer are beyond amazing and reasonable! He cleaned my engagement ring for me while we we were there as well! My ring has to be ordered and altered, and will be here before the end of the week, which is super efficient! Definitely will be buying from them again! Kudos Scott and Kay’s jewelers for making me and my future husband very happy customers!

My fiancé had come here to buy my engagement ring over a year ago and found my dream ring. He was lucky enough to work with Scott, and since then we have had the pleasure of working with him. A couple months ago we went in to find my wedding band and Scott swooped in and found a beautiful band to go with my engagement ring, as well as a wedding band that fit the style of my fiancé. Scott really takes the time to sit with you and find the perfect jewelry for your style and needs. He also takes the time to sit and talk to you about your lives - not rush you through to make the next sale! More than this, the whole store is wonderful. Every-time I have come in for my ring inspection/cleaning, everyone has been so kind. Highly recommend this KAY store!!

Scott & Marissa are fabulous! Scott has fixed my open heart watch 3 times for me with out any complaints I am so pleased with the work he has done on the watch knowing that they can't get parts for it any longer. He always greats me with a warm hello and a great smile. Marissa is such a pleasure. She helped me with my birthstone I have the entire collection of emeralds and I am so pleased. Marissa is not pushes she makes sure I am happy and pleased before I purchase and walk out the door. Kay Jewelers is lucky to have them both.

Great service Scott went above and beyond for us. A bracelet I wanted was no longer available online but he called several locations to get me the bracelet I wanted. 10/10 would recommend!
