The inside of the restaurant was very nice, very clean, and very tastefully decorated. Food and service were fantastic! My wife had the Chicken and Vegetables and a Chicken Egg Roll. I had the Saté Combo, Shrimp Egg Roll, and Spinach Wonton Soup. All delicious! Sang, the waiter was very friendly and accommodating. He added water chestnuts to my wife's chicken and vegetables since they were not there automatically. Also at the end he took our leftovers and boxed everything for us. We had plenty of food, we were both full, and we still have enough at home for two more servings each. Lots of food for the price! We will return and try other items on the menu!

I have eaten here several times and it’s always been very good . I ordered Cashew Shrimp and it was terrible. mostly celery, very watery, very few cashews . i’m not sure what happened here. the food used to be excellent. i’d really like for them to set this right. i ended up throwing it in the trash because it was inedible

This was my first time patronizing Silk Road as I happened to be working in the area this day. I’m going to give 4/5 stars due to the lack of professionalism on the phone when placing my order. Other than that, the food was delicious with generous portions. I got the Hunan Shrimp with white rice (my second choice) only because I was told they were too busy to make hibachi. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will definitely return to try the dine-in since this was my first takeout out experience.

The food was not good. Served wrong chicken dish and the spicy sauce with the beef was awful. I never had this problem before. The beef, what little there was is tough and over cooked. The prices have gone up sky high that I won't be coming back any time soon.

Came here for New Years Day dinner with my family, and all I can say is, wow!!! The food was excellent, the service was even better, and the environment was cozy, clean and comfortable. Our server kept the mood light and fun, and was very helpful with our menu choices. We got: egg rolls, crab rangoons, hot sake, general tso chicken, general tso shrimp and scallops, seafood delight, surprising chicken, and walnut chicken. Best: general tso and seafood delight. Everything else was amazing too. The flavors were authentic, and you could tell each dish was made with care. We have found our go to for dine in Chinese. Looking forward to our next visit and also to trying their sushi!!

I haven’t been there for a good while and was waiting eagerly to enjoy.(take out) Ordered spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken fried rice, 2 entrees, and waste extremely disappointed. Nothing had any taste. Salt and soy sauce didn’t help. Used to be so great. My husband felt the same way. Spicy dishes are also bland and tasteless. So sad.

I was in the area visiting family and had a taste for Chinese food.. So I Google places near where I was. This place came up with almost 5 stars. My expectations were high but boy was I let down. The food had lil to no flavor and had a weird smell and after taste. Mangos in my mango chicken were like mush with no flavor. This is the worst Chinese I've ever had thus far. I really wanted to like this place the ambiance seemed nice and the staff was nice as well when I picked up my order.

Sept 2022 update - This time I came over for dinner and the experience was much better, so I upgraded them by one star. The service is still exceptionally fast - that remains a plus. Quantities of food for the price are very generous - another major plus when inflation is really hitting everyone these days. In addition, they do NOT charge for tea!!! I tried the Szechuan String Bean Chicken. It was tasty, but I was hoping for some Szechuan Peppercorns and found Jalapenos. Jalapenos??? Oh well, there is still room for improvement, I guess. Definitely worth more visits though! June 2021 update - They survived COVID - YAY!! And they were open for lunch! Double YAY!!! Masks are required, but that's a small thing and you only wear them when moving about the restaurant. Service was very quick - as I remembered from my previous visit. On this visit, I ordered the Ma La Bean Chicken and asked for it to be made "extra spicy". When it came, it was tasty, and it had some Jalapeno slices on it - with seeds even - but it was not spicy, and definitely not "extra spicy!" The waitress asked me about the heat level, and when I told her it was not spicy at all, she offered to get me some chili oil. While that was nice of her, their chili oil is mostly oil, so I passed on her offer. 2018 - Went there for lunch and had the stir-fried General Tso Chicken. I liked that it was not fried, but did not like the cloyingly sweet sauce, nor the complete absence of any veggies. Also, a charge of 1.50 for Brown rice is excessive.

We have been eating at this restaurant for at least 20 years (some in their previous location) and the quality of our food has never varied! It is excellent. We love their garlic sauce and portions are very generous. The family ownership lends to the quality of this restaurant. Since the pandemic we have been ordering takeout and continue to be very happy with our meals.

Ordered over the phone for a very simple order, & home & it’s wrong. Owner was a real jerk like it was my fault and sd it was my fault that I didn’t speak slower and more specifically ?? It was chicken, and just 3 vege’s !! She doesn’t let you get a word in and then she jabbers at you that I ordered to complicated !! Really !! And it came with tons of veg’s I didn’t even ask for. Who serves a mild sauce with hot peppers and green peppers ? + onion and mushrooms in a soupy sauce 🤢 Not friendly and their mistake as I was told “ customer not always right you know”.

I took my son for the Hibachi style meal, the service was amazing. The chef put on an amazing show, he caught and kept both of our attention. I had the shrimp, steak and chicken, my son had the chicken and steak. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was perfect.

General tsos chicken was not good. Larger pieces of chicken were uncooked / pink inside & thrown away. The sauce didn't have a good flavor to it at all. Definitely not worth $20 for the dinner 0/10 do not recommend.

They're always good. They do everything just right! Delicious hot and sour soup. The egg rolls are a little different from other Chinese restaurants. But aside from this everything is perfect!

Food was great, huge portions. Service was just okay. Forgot to bring our drinks and we had to ask again. Service was a little slow too. But overall would choose to eat here again.

Quaint little restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and attentive to anything I needed. Food was excellent and prices are fair compared to others in the area. I am definitely going back.

Had a fantastic dine-in experience at Silk Road tonight! My husband and I ordered 3 sushi rolls and an order or mandarin chicken to share. Everything tasted fresh and DELICIOUS! Big portions too! We also loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. This was our first time dining in there and will certainly return based off of our experience tonight! Highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. It has the feel of being in a clan dynasty courtyard. We went on a Sunday afternoon. The service was adequate for the basics: take order, bring drinks, bring food, see if need anything one time, bring check. The portions were big, which helped to offset the sticker price shock. I eat out a few times every week, but $80 for fried rice, 3 meals (2 veggie, 1 chicken), hot tea, 3 egg rolls and 3 soup was steep. And that didn't include the 20% tip. So... $100 for 3 of us to eat Chinese food on a Sunday afternoon.

The food continues to be delicious. The prices are reasonable. The waitstaff are very friendly. Personally, I recommend the crispy noodles, the ginger rolls, and the garlic pork

Our Food was very fresh, flavorful, and we got generous portions. The service, especially from our waiter, Sang, was phenomenal. The restaurant was also very clean. What else can you ask for? Try the crab Rangoons and Sweet & Sour Chicken, both were great.
