Love this place! The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are tough but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you commit to it! I’ve been going to F3 about a year and have achieved better results in that time than I have in years at other gyms.This gym has the best energy and feel. Everything is so clean, every trainer closely watches and corrects everyone’s form.I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

F3 is The best gym one can join, such friendly and safe environment, ambience is just mind blowing, all equipments are in good conditions . The trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable, kind and encouraging . They not only focus on weight loss but on strenght gain. Motivates everyone to give their best and achieve a healthier physique. Has a balcony with great view nd space so one can enjoy btw sets😄 Also conducts fun outdoor activities sometimes during weekends.
