excited
about
my
new
eyeglasses.I
was
also
happy
that
they
offer
1pair
and2nd
pair
and
half
price.
Everything
was
OK
with
the
eye
test
and
also
they
have
lovely
frames.
I
trust
Vision
Express
but
they
disappointed
regarding
the
cutting
and
fittest
of
the
lenses
on
the
frame.
I
choosed
the
offer
that
I
mentioned
earlier
but
I
couldn't
buy
the
second
pair
immediately
so
I
asked
the
agent
gently
if
they
could
keep
it
for
me.
They
told
me
that
is
no
problem
and
that
I
have
30
days
to
decide
and
pay.
They
assured
me
that
they
will
keep
the
frame
that
I've
chosen
but
when
I
went
to
buy
the
pair
they
told
me
that
my
frame
is
not
available
anymore
even
if
no
one
noticed
me
about
it
by
phone
or
email.
I
told
them
that
this
is
not
possible
because
the
frame
was
reserved
alrwsdy
for
me
and
that
no
one
noticed
me
about
that.
I
left
the
store
that
day
very
unhappy.
In
about
10
min
the
agent
called
me
and
told
me
that
the
frame
is
available
and
that
is
was
a
mistake.
OK.
Everything
fine
until
here
even
if
after
they
did
my
first
pair
I
noticed
that
the
lenses
were
cutted
wrong
and
also
not
fitted
well.
When
I
was
at
the
shop
to
talk
about
all
details
regarding
my
second
frame
they
promised
that
with
my
second
pair
they
will
also
order
new
lenses
for
my
first
pair
and
the
technician
admitted
that
the
lenses
were
fitted
and
cutted
wrong.
I
waited
2
weeks
for
someone
to
call
me
and
tell
me
that
my
order
is
ready
to
collect.
No
one
called
me,
no
one
emailed
me.
I
called
them
in
the
end
and
the
receptionist
was
very
confused
telling
me
that
is
not
sure
that
she
has
my
order
ready.
In
the
end
she
told
me
that
the
glasses
are
ready
to
collect
for
more
than
1
week
ago
but
no
one
was
bothered
to
call
me
or
e-mail
me
to
collect
them.
Regarding
the
changing
lenses
for
my
first
pair
of
glasses
they
completely
forgot
about
it.
To
my
second
pair
of
glasses
the
lenses
were
fitted
well
but
also
one
of
the
lenses
was
cuttet
wrong.
I
paid
more
than
300£
and
received
this
service.
I
was
disappointed
and
very
unhappy
about
it.i
wear
glasses
since
I
was
7byears
old
and
something
like
this
never
happened
before.
I'am
not
a
rude
person
at
all
and
I
don't
like
conflicts
but
if
I
am
paying
for
a
service
I
am
expecting
to
receive
professional
treatment
and
services.
I
will
buy
in
the
future
sunglasses
from
them
but
never
again
eyeglasses.
