So we went into game today , purchased a £50 game cash as a present went to return game , they can’t track it on system for same day refund or store exchange . All manager said is that he can give the staff memeber a warning . As a store this is poor customer services also as a store if you can’t track how much is going in and out the tills how arnt you being stolen from . Or is it that your employees don’t even want to look .

Too expensive, and the staff are very rude. I bought an Xbox game which was supposed to be brand new, got it home tried it and it didn't work, keeps saying cannot read disc, disc maybe dirty or damaged, took it back within 14 day money back guarantee, the guy who served me said "not our problem, no refunds". Never going there again..

For such a small section in the local Sports Direct, the Worksop branch of Game has a decent amount of stock. Mainly focused on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, there are a large number of games to entertain all manner of players. There are a handful of more exclusive products such as Independent games machines, mobile phones, tablets etc as well as a small selection of collectable card games and Lego. The staff are relatively helpful and are always on hand to offer advice and highlight whatever deals are on at the time. All in all, not a bad little store with some bargains to be had.

Didn't understand anything in there and it made me feel elderly. There was a young man in there that had committed to a badly drawn metal gear solid tattoo on his hand and I couldn't help think he might regret that one day. 3 people were manning the shop, one on his phone, one on the till and one eating some kind of pasty. The music was blaring in there as well. I'd turn the music down, get the staff making the shop look more appealing and maybe put a shirt on. Could also widen the range, get some monopoly and pop up pirate on the shelves.

Smallish area in Sports Direct, but lots of choice of new/used games. Really helpful staff too.
