Terrible
customer
service.
Passing
on
blame
to
deliveroo
for
faults
that
the
restaurant
themselves
made.
Paid
£40
for
2
pizza
and
2
sides
with
dips.
Dips
arrived
wrong,
we
received
1
pizza
and
it
was
the
wrong
flavour.
Called
the
restaurant
and
spoke
to
the
rudest
hospitality
manager
I've
ever
experienced.
Swearing
at
his
staff
whilst
I
could
overhear
on
the
phone.
Said
they
had
run
out
of
the
pizza
topping
we
ordered
so
instead
of
asking
deliveroo
to
contact
us,
they
just
sent
the
wrong
pizza
and
only
one
of
them,
not
2
that
I
ordered.
He
told
me
to
'hold
on
before
you
start
mouthing
off'.
Which
I
wasn't
doing,
I
was
a
disgruntled
customer
that
now
had
upset
children
and
food
that
we
couldn't
eat.
I
will
never
eat
from
here
again.
Ruined
our
evening.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager.
He
told
me
that
was
him,
so
I
asked
for
a
contact
number
for
his
manager
and
he
would
not
comply.
As
a
hospitality
worker
myself,
I
would
have
gone
above
and
beyond
to
firstly
apologise
(which
I
never
received)
and
to
try
and
recitify
the
situation
rather
than
make
every
excuse
to
get
away
with
the
bad
service.
Even
though
the
order
was
through
deliveroo,
being
a
delivery
kitchen
they
could
have
sent
out
the
correct
order
as
an
apology
rather
than
argue
with
me
down
the
phone.
Very
dissatisfied.
This
complaint
could
have
been
avoided
with
an
apology
and
the
correct
order
to
be
sent.
