Rubbish. Rang 3 times and you answered 3 times with my order and still got nothing . The final time you know I was out of dog food . I was told it was on the van but it never arrived.

Super helpful and knowledgeable on my particular issue (raw feeding), gave me multiple options and weren't pushy at all. There are multiple brands, treats, care products and toys on offer....I will most definitely be back!

I Want Pet foods helped me change my dogs diet to raw and I have never looked back. My 1 year old Boxer is a picture of health has a fantastic coat and is full of vitality since we ditched the Kibble. The staff are very helpful and answer any questions you may have.

Called these pet food supplies as had issue with normal supplier. Although couldn’t supply normal food, the food I bought has been absolutely fine in my pups tummy. No issues. Super friendly staff and know their stuff

Awful Service. Messaged on Facebook for 2 Christmas treat boxes for my boys, got told they’d be delivered next day if ordered that day. Once ordered, notified the woman and waited till next day, no delivery and no answer when trying to contact them. Finally got through next day and it’s as if they didn’t have a clue and told me they’d be delivered the following day. Waited all day to find out they’d delivered them to the wrong address and wasn’t even made aware until I messaged them to ask when they’d be delivered. Had to drive around for an hour to find them at someone’s door step soaking as they’d been left in rain. Not once did they message to say they’d delivered or dropped at a door. Lied too on the phone when I asked if they’ve been dropped at a bungalow with a gate, the male said yes when the house they were at was not a bungalow nor had a gate. Not to mention I was lucky to get them as the people who lived at the house was going to dispose of them. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be using this business again.

My first visit yesterday and it won't be my last. Great range of raw foods/ natural treats/toys and anything else you'd want for your dogs. Warm welcome from the resident labs and friendly,knowledgeable staff too.

I am not impressed with the service or delivery of goods. Ordered online on Friday 4th August, received a confirmation email of the order and money was taken. The email said they would confirm when it was being dispatched and as it was Friday I wasn't expecting a next day service even though I had to pay £7 for delivery and there were no other options. I then did not receive another email and no delivery was made, so I emailed them on Wednesday 9th August and get a response of "It is out for delivery". No tracking information, no idea who courier is, and no idea when it would arrive - and as it is frozen, I kind of need to know! I emailed back asking for tracking information and instead of a response, I finally get that dispatch confirmation email! Except clicking through the links shows me that the number brings up no results, but I now know it is being send with DHL. I email back saying the number isn't working, and I get a response this morning to tell me "Ive just had a look for you and it will be with you in the next hour. 9:38 to 10:38". Super helpful, but luckily we have work being done so someone was here to take it in. Funnily enough, the box says it was dispatched on the 9th, which just so happens to be when I contacted them. So it's pretty obvious at this point that my order was forgotten or whatever and then they only sent it because I emailed them. I know courier are pretty bad at keeping parcels intact, but the message on the box to 'deliver no matter what' tells me that this company aren't even using a frozen goods delivery service. If this has come straight from their shop, then it would have travelled 3-4 hours to where I live. However I know it was at a depo and dispatched yesterday, which means this food has been sitting around with other normal parcels defrosting since it left them at some point yesterday. I won't be using them again and that's just on their service - I'll have to wait until everything is frozen again and then defrost one day's meal for the animals to see how good it actually it.

The advice is knowledgeable and so, so helpful...i have 3 rescues who have each had pasts that requires individual catering to each and i want Pet foods are so helpful and kind. Can't say enough good things about this place...i now have 3 very healthy and happy dogs and that is partly due to the advice and excellent produce I want pet foods provides. Thank you!!!
