Kate made me feel welcome, completely at ease. Spoke with me at length about the procedure ... lemon fat dissolving... A procedure I've considered many times, What got me there in the end, was a new formula, good reviews, no downtime, pretty much zero on the pain scale and of course lemons. They are good for you, inside and out 🍋 🍋 During my visit, Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Only bit I found a little painful was middle of my back. Nothing crazy though, certainly no after pain yesterday nor today. Alex - Kate did you proud. Look forward to seeing results. Xx

I am a first time Botox user and the service I had received from Ciao Bella has been absolutely wonderful. I have seen Alex for both my consultation and my treatment and she has made me so comfortable from start to finish. She really listens to what it is you are after and manages your expectations well. I had Rosacia lasering and fat dissolving injections under my chin done by Kate. She was absolutely brilliant, she explained everything well made sure I was comfortable during treatment and answered my questions. Today I went for my first filler treatment at Downend. I was feeling nervous but Caroline and Tracey made me feel relaxed. Answered all my questions. I am so happy with the results I have a permanent smile on my face. Wish I had done this a few years ago. Will be going back for more treatments.

Warm greeting from reception staff. This was amazing as I've never had any sort of filler or botox and she made me feel at ease. Alex was also amazing she talked me through the process. I was able to explain what I wanted to achieve. Alex is so skilled and I'm so happy with my outcome. The clinic has a wonderful atmosphere, lovey clean environment that doesn't feel to clinical but is very professional.

She is skilled, professional, knowledgeable and obtains quality results every time. I feel safe at the clinic. Ciao Bella are professional, ethical and skilled. I have had various aesthetic treatments with Alex and I am always so happy with the whole service and outcome. Alex is very gentle and patient throughout the process. The aftercare is also brilliant. Follow up appointments are offered and Alex makes it clear that she is always available if anything needs following up (I have had no post treatment queries but it is reassuring to know that assistance would be available if needed). I have been having treatment at this clinic for around 18months now. Most recently a top up of Botox. Tracey who I see regularly is super friendly and informative as is the receptionist Carolyn. I would not go anywhere else for my filler and Botox as I appreciate their honest advice and professionalism. All staff that I’ve met have been really lovely and nothing is to much trouble for them. I have been having treatments at Ciao Bella for just over a year now after previously going elsewhere. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The staff are all incredibly professional and friendly and are always able to answer any questions, but also make suggestions. The salons are beautiful, clean and also look really professional. I feel I’m in completely safe hands with the staff that work here. Absolute bonus that they now have the salon in Downend as it’s much closer to where I live, however I would 100% have carried on visiting Wrington if they didn’t.

I had my appointment today for filler which I’ve been putting off for a long time as the procedure worried me. I just want to say how amazing Tracey was, and how happy I am with the results so far. I can honestly say that I wish I did it ages ago. I’ve seen Tracey a few times before for other treatments and every time she is so professional, friendly and puts me at easy.
