Not sure what to say about GOMED other than the services game changing. I needed a rapid test done immediately for my job and Mandi was at my front door within 30 minutes of my call. She was absolutely wonderful, very professional and super nice. Insurance covered everything and new patient paperwork was electronic that only took five minutes. They offer a wide variety of services that I will absolutely be utilizing when necessary. So convenient and highly recommended!

This was our first experience with GoMed and we would highly recommend it as it was so convenient and Mandi was awesome! She is friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything clearly! Most people who are sick do not want to leave their house so this is a great service! We will definitely use again and being that insurance is accepted makes it a desirable option! We're so glad to have this in West Cobb!

I’ve used this service twice and had APNP Penny both times and my family could not have had a better experience. Communication was great, always professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick and very friendly. I will always opt to use this service over packing up my family to go to an urgent care center. This is much more convenient and safer for us.

I will never go to an urgent care facility ever again. This was the BEST experience. Mandy was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I felt completely taken care of and am so grateful the visit was conducted in the comfort of my home. As a mom of 3, being able to stay home is invaluable. Everywhere I went to get tested was booked up until late next week. GoMed scheduled me shortly after receiving my inquiry. It was so nice to be able to be tested in the comfort of my own home. My nurse, Mandi was absolutely amazing. She was great with both myself and my son. who asked a million questions (he’s 5). I was so grateful that she was able to come out today.

The best. From scheduling to the arrival, GOMED delivered top notch service with quality. Mandi was patient with me, and truly showed empathy. She even made my daughter feel comfortable while she delivered care to me. Receiving medical care at home is what I needed and definitely recommend for urgent, non-life threatening situations. Can’t say enough about GoMed! The ability to call, schedule and be able to plan the visit - all with such ease! The provider will plan a window of time to visit our house! No waiting, no additional germ exposure! The best all the way around! So thankful they now service Cobb!! Won’t have to go to another urgent care again! And Mandi is fabulous!! My girls loved her too!!

GoMed is an Amazing service that I would highly recommend! PA Mandi had wonderful bedside manner! She took great care of my 5 year old daughter who got sick over Labor Day weekend while we were out of town. The app allowed me to easily schedule an appointment Labor Day morning before we made our 2 hour drive home. Communication was constant and appreciated….from the moment our appointment was confirmed to Mandi letting us know she was en route. Also had communication via text once the prescription was sent! You can add family members via your account on the app and your insurance and personal info is stored for future use. So thankful that GoMed services our area and for the skilled HCPs they have staffed!

GOMED was referred to me by a friend. I highly recommend this service to anyone. Mandi was very friendly and arrived very quickly. I appreciate that she gave several options for medicine to treat my symptoms. She contacted me before and after the visit and happily answered any questions I had. I saved money and time by avoiding a visit to urgent care. I will definitely be using GOMED again when needed.

What a great, customer focused experience! Mandi arrived right on time and had a great bedside manner. She knew how to engage with my son and get help him get over his fears. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing Mandi has so many years experience as a Physician Assistant. It was like getting private practice care in our living room. Is there a better waiting room than your living room? We will surely use GOMED again if the need arises.
