The bedroom walls are paper thin. Free internet takes 10 mins to open a webpage. Unexplained white stains and strong smell on sofa and seat. I assume it's not shampoo...

Awful room I stayed in. chairs had stains of dried semen. Bed linen had blood stains and did not feel clean. Would not recommend.

Room was clean. Slept like a log in the bed. My fourth time here. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Nice place. Only stopped for 2 nights to visit friends and family. Staff were very pleasant. Room was very comfortable with decent heating. The only negative thing was the bathroom, it needed updating, but was fit for purpose. Reasonable priced rooms too and only charged one price, for the stay of our pet and not per night as others do. Thank you.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. We stayed in a family room which had plenty of space. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a slight hassle was that there was no lift. We were booked on one floor up and had a few bags with kids so had to co-ordinate the carriage of bags between floors.

Terrific price for what you get. Trouser press, heated towel rail. Shower and bath. Large room. Very pleasant staff. I'll put this in my top 5.

94.- for a room with a dirty carpet, no soap, no bedside table, toilet flush not working and blocked bathroom sink. Avoid.

Stayed here In room 22 with my family literally covered in bed bug bites which are extremely itchy. Don't normally leave reviews but in this case even tho I knew the hotel would be basic and tired I didn’t expect to be covered in bed bug bites.

After an awful start to what should be a great weekend, we swapped out original hotel for this one. Receptionist was kind, helpful and got us the perfect room quickly. Room is basic and very dated but has what you need.

My room was ok, I was upstairs and at the end of the corridor and it was quiet. I had no teaspoon in my room or soap in the bathroom but this wasn't an issue as I always bring my own. Good night's sleep was had. The room was dated, old furniture and a new carpet required, and why is there a broken digital alarm clock from the 80s in my room? I would return as I had a good nights sleep but would request an upstairs room.

We had a late check in & Lisa was very friendly & accommodating. Comfortable night apart from someone in another room snoring VERY loud 😴 Room was very clean & price was good.

Handy hotels, good size rooms. Parking was just the same area as the services. Showers always seem powerful.

Me and my other half were at this hotel for 2 months when we were homeless last year staff are amazing rooms are very comfortable just books to stay for a night this Friday catch up with staff look forward to staying again

It is located on the M1 motorway, a bit hard to get around as I often had to go to a nearby town. but when it comes to comparing the price, quality, peace, location, I recommend it. Peace and quiet

I visited the service station on a hgv run and the toilets were pretty shocking - I went into 4 different cubicles before I found one that didn't have an unflushed number 2 or pee on the seat. Also the showers were put of order which is the whole reason I stopped here.

Only had the overnight stay but would stay longer here if I was in the area again. Rooms are spacious, TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was was large enough with space for any toiletries or makeup. Staff were pleasant and polite, booking in at short notice wasn't a problem for them. Tea, coffee and breakfast was available in the dining area in the morning for the residents. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it would be helpful for others.

Great location depending on your own circumstances.. too tired to drive any further!! Brilliant.. simple clean room and pleasant basic breakfast. I was very grateful of it.. invisible staff.

It was a really nice place to stay and really cheap. You can't go wrong you get a good size tv and a really comfortable bed not the best views but what else can you ask for when you just need a good rest. The bathroom is not bad as well you get a shower that stays nice and warm you cant ask for anything else.

Only booked because booking.com said it was 16 miles away from my sons house but it was actually 25 miles away. It was clean and they were very accommodating.

Decent, clean, bit fridge around the edges. Parking on site is free, WiFi is rubbish but receptionist very nice and comfy bed. Decent value. Needs a refurb.

So pretty with all the sun flowers and displays. The young female who started work on Friday just gone at 3pm was very helpful even though me and my pooch didn't stay there. A credit to the company - thank you 😊
