    What I normally don't like about sports direct is that even though the ships are a decent size they are massively overstocked meaning that you cannot walk around them without bumping into people or trying over the stock. This sports direct is different in that it as absolutely massive. This not only allows for more stock but the stock can be spread further apart allowing you to walk around freely.

    SD40000087805918 Terrible experience. You have sent me the incorrect item you say that you have sent what you have ordered. You have cut me off the chat twice when i have shown you my screen print of my ordered confirmation. SHOCKING....... I have paid extra for next-day delivery... APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Good shop for lots of different sports clothing and shoes. Not as cheap as it was a few years ago but about same as most other stores. I like the choice only thing I don't like is there's always queues at the tills

    You the worst retailer ever. I hope the government is coming after you one day! 1st - don't know any other company who gives credit notes instead of a real refund. 2nd - while you were closed for a bit during COVID you not willing to let me redeem about GBP 50 from a GBP 280 credit note left, but expired end of Jan - shame on you! And the reason for the credit note is that you were selling stuff online cheaper compared with your store and I stupid enough to then buy online and fall into your credit note trap! Shame Shame Shame on you and your way of doing business!

    This is a review for the online shopping side but also the customer service here (non existent no one answers the phone ever) I placed an order and spent over £445 on children's clothing, when the items arrived on one parcel I started going through and noticed 2 items missing, I instantly went onto live chat which was as equally as useless as they asked for the barcode of the item missing, I provided it them and then they showed me s photo of a different tracksuit saying, no sorry I’ve received that on.. like yes type the code in that you’ve asked for and you’ll be able to find the missing items! Anyway after waiting for a week for someone to correspond to the “investigation “ they replied saying after checking CCTV they can see it was sent and because there was no damage to the packaging they are confident I have got them?! So hang on… you are saying I spent over £445+ on kids clothes for what? So I could pretend items were missing? Well I ordered a tracksuit at £80 surely I would say that was missing if it was my aim and not a £28 set! They basically expect me to pay the full costs for the missing items and just deal with it! I’ve asked them for advice on returning ALL items and explained it needs to be noted that the items are missing so of course cannot return something that I never received, they completely ignored my ask for advice and just told me to return following online instructions basically! So they’ve made me pay for items they didn’t send, Had terrible cooperation, basically said I’m lying because they are “confident” and now I have to pay for a return and still might have to pay for these two items that are missing because I can’t send nothing in a return!! It is a scam major joke and I am taking this further! I’ll never shop here again! That is clear as day robbing people! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS IN QUESTION! You have taken my hard earned money and failed to provide a service!

    If you have any other options go for it. Avoid sportsdirect at any costs. Support cut me out even before I had chance to type any message. Had to restart my chat 3 times. Absolutely shambolic place. Last time I ordered anything here.

    Bad customers support service, bad quality control of product sent out. I ordered online and they sent me old faulty sneakers and wrong choice of Jean, yet not replying to my mails. Both sent back ASAP.

    Just been with my husband for him to buy a pair of nice boots. Was no staff around to help, when he wanted to try a pair on in his size. When we did find a member of staff, she got another member to get them for us. Then didn't wait to see if we needed more help. Just incase they don't fit. The boots wasn't suitable and he want to try on another pair. No staff again, so we had to go find staff. They was too busy talking amongst them selves. When we get the other pair of boots they ain't the boots we showed them. So you have lost a customer!

    Went this weekend to get my daughter, some new clothes and trainers. The changing rooms was disgusting, the staff wasn't helpful at all. Young staff venting off about a customer ,being rude, also moaning about she gets the minimal wage, and that's not enough. Also she was talking really loud, swearing were there is young kids around, big place so everyone can here. Total disgusting. If she was in another place she would have been took in the office and give a warning .. if you want to vent about a customer, vent in your own time.

    My wife returned her trainers to this company.They denied having received them and wont give a refund even though they were returned by Royal Mail with the reference number She has the receipt of posting and the return label which they ask you to retain. But still they refuse to honour it.£54 is a lot of money to loose. Would you buy from this company again? I think not !!!!

    A used product was sent! They offered to exchange it for a new, just send it back, will refund the price of the return! I complied with their request. When it came back to them, they lied that I had Changed my mind. They refunded the price of the product, but they owe double the postage!! They lie and misrepresent! Fraudsters!

    If you want customer service so not go to sports direct, after walking around for over an hour, in the shoe section, looking for my own trainers, with no staff members around waiting I finally managed to source my product. Upon raising the issue at the till, was met with 4 team members thinking it was hilarious. When I asked what was funny they replied you. If it wasn't bad enough receive poor customer service, to then be disrespect by four 18 year olds after a long day at work myself. Was definitely the shopping experience from hell and will take my money else where in future.

    No Refund for £175. I ordered 3 items online  and decided to keep 1 and returned 2. I was only refunded for 1 of the items I returned. They argued for months, eventually after submitting a Section 75 with the credit they agreed to refund me the money as long as I cancelled the section 75. I cancelled the Section 75 and then they claimed the credit card company never returned the money to them, even after providing written evidence from the credit card company. I'm £175 out of pocket and would never risk buying anything from them again. The company operates multiple names including Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Tessuti,Sports Direct, Jack Wills, Game, Scotts Menswear, I Saw it First, Missguided and many more. Not worth running the risk of never receiving your refund. My Order was with house of fraser, but Flannels is owned by the same company and returns are processed at the same location.

    Ordered a coat online at usc customer service was shocking went to Shirebrook 4 times to pick my order up and they couldn't open the locker then a young girl called casey saw how angry i was getting and she did her best to help after numerous phone calls i finally got my package a week late if it wasn't for this young lass dont think i would have got it
