This
is
a
review
for
the
online
shopping
side
but
also
the
customer
service
here
(non
existent
no
one
answers
the
phone
ever)
I
placed
an
order
and
spent
over
£445
on
children's
clothing,
when
the
items
arrived
on
one
parcel
I
started
going
through
and
noticed
2
items
missing,
I
instantly
went
onto
live
chat
which
was
as
equally
as
useless
as
they
asked
for
the
barcode
of
the
item
missing,
I
provided
it
them
and
then
they
showed
me
s
photo
of
a
different
tracksuit
saying,
no
sorry
I’ve
received
that
on..
like
yes
type
the
code
in
that
you’ve
asked
for
and
you’ll
be
able
to
find
the
missing
items!
Anyway
after
waiting
for
a
week
for
someone
to
correspond
to
the
“investigation
“
they
replied
saying
after
checking
CCTV
they
can
see
it
was
sent
and
because
there
was
no
damage
to
the
packaging
they
are
confident
I
have
got
them?!
So
hang
on…
you
are
saying
I
spent
over
£445+
on
kids
clothes
for
what?
So
I
could
pretend
items
were
missing?
Well
I
ordered
a
tracksuit
at
£80
surely
I
would
say
that
was
missing
if
it
was
my
aim
and
not
a
£28
set!
They
basically
expect
me
to
pay
the
full
costs
for
the
missing
items
and
just
deal
with
it!
I’ve
asked
them
for
advice
on
returning
ALL
items
and
explained
it
needs
to
be
noted
that
the
items
are
missing
so
of
course
cannot
return
something
that
I
never
received,
they
completely
ignored
my
ask
for
advice
and
just
told
me
to
return
following
online
instructions
basically!
So
they’ve
made
me
pay
for
items
they
didn’t
send,
Had
terrible
cooperation,
basically
said
I’m
lying
because
they
are
“confident”
and
now
I
have
to
pay
for
a
return
and
still
might
have
to
pay
for
these
two
items
that
are
missing
because
I
can’t
send
nothing
in
a
return!!
It
is
a
scam
major
joke
and
I
am
taking
this
further!
I’ll
never
shop
here
again!
That
is
clear
as
day
robbing
people!
I
HAVE
NOT
RECEIVED
THE
ITEMS
IN
QUESTION!
You
have
taken
my
hard
earned
money
and
failed
to
provide
a
service!
