It’s not a bad brand but some stuff in the shop are very expensive for brand like Centerpoint Sometime you’ll see some cheap quality , for that focus if you want buy anything from this shop , you will see this brand copy the biggest Brandon the world, finally I love the surprise because it’s include a lot of stuff and have a lot of parking .

Terrible managment..plenty of employees walking around talking to each other but only one cashier open in the entire ground floor. Mask wearing not controlled many unmasked customers. No social distancing in very crowded check out line for the cashier. Seemed like Chaos to me.

Customer Service is very poor. Their closing time is 7:30 but the staff will force you to pay from 7pm. Staff are very unprofessional dealing with customers, they will rudely close the lights while you’re shopping just because they wanted to go home early.

CENTERPOINT DASMAN Check their kitchen and home furnitures, Also wears from adult to children. We went to buy a bottle feed to our newborn.

Centre point remains always excellent shopping place with diversity of items for clothing market with adorable stuff and designs. Garments for all ages available at affordable price. Shoes department. House decorating department and toys Centre is also serving at affordable rates. Sales men & women are also cooperative and helpful for the customers. There are two cash counters are available. Centre point is amazing shopping place in fact.

Great sales many customers and only one cashier

Very bad behavior from the (cosmetic items)staff at awqaf building branch.already complain the store manager and supervisor till now no feedback assured by the manager.

After great shopping experience i always get the worst check out experience ever seriously get more cashiers, by the way dont bother calling them there is no way to get them its like the stones ages..

Ample space of parking and wide range of items available. So many brands like babyshop, splash, lifestyle, shoemart, home centre, Kappa, Duchini, and other brands also available. Prices are also very affordable and at sale time you can buy most quality garments and other items at cheap prices.

Full of well priced items especially during sale time with long hours of opening . You can find clothes as well as all types of home goods. There is also a good cafe open from 10am to 10pm with friendly service.

How such a well known shopping place like Centerpoint is opening only at 10 am. You are in a industrial area in Sharq where people starts their day at 7 am. You are losing sales, in addition to losing customers who will be going to another centers to fulfil their shopping needs in mornings.

Great place for shopping, you can find attractive family needs, convenient price’s with reasonable quality.

I love Centrepoint & Home Centre at sale time

I bought a baby bed, changing table and its accessories from the Awqaf Center on January 21. The company confirmed that they will deliver the items within 3 days. To date, the items have not been delivered. I tried calling them their phones are off. After suffering, the online order line answered and said that you should visit the store again.

Original review: Worst online shopping experience. Unable to return items. Customer service saying that the items are non-returnable. No such information was provided at the time of purchase. These are full priced items as well, not even brought during sale. Normal items which should be returnable. This is day light robbery. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM.

it’s a quite place

Had placed and order for a furniture online (Chest of drawer) - to keep my new born's clothes. Can't tell you how badly the wood stinks. Its like there is some Yeast smell on it. Its been few days and till now the bad odor has not gone. Either the product was not stored properly at their warehouse, or the wood is not treated properly I even tried to put a review on their app - but they have control over what review needs to be displayed. Please dont buy this product online.. The product is not worth the money, the wood is so light as a feather - never had such a bad purchase in my life. 🙄

I placed an order online and the same day itself the delivery person called me. For some reason, I wasn’t available for collecting the delivery item and hence asked for a rescheduled delivery for the next day. I am waiting for the delivery eversince! No one contacted me for the delivery and I contacted the customer care twice for the delivery! No action has been taken till date and no one seems to care! Very poor service and no proper complaint management procedures too! Never pay and order from them people. Always opt for cash on delivery! You never know whether they will deliver the item or be irresponsible for your order! They even falsify on the delivery records that they contacted you and you were unresponsive! I haven’t received any calls/messages from them and they have marked my order as customer unresponsive!!! They are bigtime cheaters!Never rely on them

The parking area in front of the building is small so you have to park on the sea side and cross the road. They deliver to far away areas in Kuwait. Their collection at Fahahel area is not diverse
