There are 2 Kay’s within 20 minuets of my house and I choose to make the hour drive to Bradley because the customer service I get from Maryann is above and beyond what anyone could ask for. She is extremely knowledgeable, always willing to answer all my questions & takes her time helping me find just the right piece. After a couple of bad Kay experiences that soured me, Maryann has single handedly restored my faith in not only Kay, but in customer service in general. She truly is wonderful!

Where to start Debbie is absolutely AMAZING words can't describe!! She not only assisted us with my first ring along with Patty on a missing diamond but also walked us through buying an upgrade and our wedding bands!! Everytime we come in and these 2 are there it's always a great visit!!! It's like family!!

On a recent visit Maryann was so helpful in finding the perfect gift for my Sisters birthday. She absolutely loved the necklace I got her. Thank you so much Maryann for spending so much time with me I really appreciated it.

She went above and beyond, and also took care of cleaning and inspecting of my grandmothers mothers ring that is 40+ years old and took me to school on the different stones. Absolutely amazing store. The staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought a few pieces of jewelry over the years. Everything I have purchased has been amazing quality. I take my rings there for the insurance inspections and cleanings. I leave there with them looking brand new again. I will continue to purchase from them for all future wants.

Kay's has the best customer service. They are always so helpful. I just sent my wedding ring in to get the stones tightened and it came back so shiny it looks brand new!
