Placed on 3+min hold, missing a sandwich from my order, one sandwich had a piece of the plastic in the sandwich (see pic). When I called back about my missing sandwich, I was placed on a 10+min hold so hung up and called again. When I was finally off the third hold, I told them about my missing sandwich and they knew which one it was…so…not likely to visit/order from this JJ again.

was a good sandwhich but the overall experience of ordering (messed up in taking our simple order twice) and just trying to leave was an issue… had an employee follow us out of the store and accuse me of stealing a bag of chips “you need to pay for the chips my boy said you took some” . This is not an experience that anyone should have. have loyal customers completely turn away from the brand because of training being done incorrectly…

Did not add the extra mayo or mustard packets so my sandwich was mediocre. Also had so much ice in my drink that I barely had any soda. For a $30 order with delivery to my job that I can't leave for my 10 hour shift, I'd say I'm pretty disappointed.

I love Jimmy Johns. This sandwich shop messed up adding onion and pepper to my drive-thru sandwich order. Mess up my sandwich, you get a lousy review until my next visit.

i asked for a basic sandwich. just turkey, and cheese and mayo packets. didnt get any cheese or mayo just 2 slaps of turkeys. the bread was so burnt it was disgusting called and complained said they couldnt do anything unless i came back in. i already drove 15 mins there and back i wasnt going back. horrible experience horrible food

Picked up two sandwiches ordered a #4 turkey ordered it plain and I'm amazed they would call this a sandwich it had 1 slice of meat and 1 slice of cheese that's its what a joke I will go back to there compation down the road they put meat on there sandwich.

Ordered 2 of the same wraps and a chocolate chip cookie. Took almost an hour to get it and received an oatmeal raisin cookie instead 🙃

I really like JJ's, but in this case, the staff did everything wrong with my online order. I ordered NO onions, sauce, oregano, or Jimmy peppers and add cucumbers & pickles. They did none of those. The receipt even shows my EXACT order. I'm in the area for a few weeks & I hope they shape up or I'll be going to another sandwich shop.
