I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Daum’s. When our oven went out with parts no longer available, Dan found creative (safe) solutions to fix it. Service was timely, friendly, and reasonably priced!

I am so glad we purchased our appliances from Daum! This was by far the BEST purchasing experience we have ever had. Everything went better than expected. The freezer on our refrigerator went out and we were in a tight spot, not only did they provide a quick turn around with a great price on replacing the appliances, but they also took the time to show us how to use them. Top notch sales, service and installation. We will never buy another appliance any where else.

Needed parts for our dryer, after searching online,was not available for days, without high shipping costs. Called these guys, they were very helpful, came up with an alternative part number for what I needed And was a more complete kit for less than what I'd found online. Dryer is running great now. Can not get service like that through the computer!

Dan was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained what was wrong and what can be done to fix it without costing me a fortune. He fixed my oven , fridge, and dishwasher. The only place to use when your appliances break down on you and they won't sell you or make you buy things you don't need. Dan went above what I expected.

Daum Appliance is outstanding they have great prices on all appliances an Dan is great an honest when it comes to repairs couldn't ask for a better place to do business with we have apartment buildings in Peotone an we have used Daum Appliance many times couldn't be happier with the service they provide I definitely give Daum Appliance 5 Stars I would give 10 stars if I could I highly recommend trust me you won't make the wrong choice......
