I travel a lot all over FS, Gauteng, KZN and Western Cape. I ate a lot of KFC through the years. Somehow Ladybrand's KFC is just better that ALL the others. Their service is better and somehow their food is just of a better quality than what the other ones could provide

My main complaint is around reachability, if there is a number attached to the Google page then why does said number ring unanswered, what is the point of having a number if the phone won’t be attended. This is most inconvenient and falls short of the mission statement that KFC holds itself to. There is absolutely no reason why the phone is not answered at all. Should the number be incorrect then the correct one should be published.

Spent R100 on a box meal takaway, no plastic spoon or fork, no salt, when I ask the staff for the above was told "we dont have stock". Where are the quality and control standards?Do standards at this Ladybrand outlet even exist?

The food was hot and fresh but the boxmaster wrapping was very bad I didn't enjoy it as the garnish assembly was a mess,I couldn't taste tomato and the dressing until I was almost done eating. 🥺
