Have been staying there a few times, unfortunately the last time, we where "kicked" out of the room the morning of departure without notice our suitcases were packed for us .....when we left for town that morning. We were not late, but found our clothes packed and room being cleaned for next geusts. Felt unwelcome and violated, how safe are belingings in rooms then afterall? Will not stay or recommend, sorry

Being at the guesthouse is nice. My issue is with their breakfast, it's always fullhouse, omelet and famous tower, this has been their menu for the past 3years if not more, they need to rotate their menu to different dishes.. It seems to me their chefs aren't really that good to try other dishes. My Housy it was nice being hosted by you.

Stayed here 3 times now. Have quite a few problems with their rooms. Would not visit again.... Good side of this place at least the staff members are very friendly so nice to visit their restaurant in the day, but would not recommend staying for the night. The duck guest house is better.

My Housy is an awesome space, aesthetic, serene and just beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. It offers an array of sitting areas to enjoy drinks and food. The garden court is just ethereal….. HOWEVER, the kitchen closes too early, unreasonably early to be more precise. What’s the point of coming out here for supper if the kitchen closes at 19hr00 that’s unheard of. It’d be great if there were sun coaches to enjoy the picturesque garden over some rose or champagne.

The staff is friendly and very professional....the place is clean. Wow the owner, no words for her and her hubby. They are very good people, may God bless them

Was fabulously treated after recently arriving well after 9pm on a freezing Thursday evening (with no booking) and given every warm welcome any tired traveller dreams of.. great hospitality, wonderfully luxurious (and warm) accommodation and a fantastic breakfast spread! Cannot express how much I value (and will always remember) finding such a treasure in our beautiful country! Thank you also for spoiling me with a birthday treat at breakfast, after getting cuddles from the resident kitty cat! Very special experience and highly recommended! Will definitely be back..

As a bed only, the room well appointed, comfortable bed, hot water, staff very pleasant, would have liked to have breakfast on offer. As a side bar, the roads are awful and the municipality should do something.

My housy guest house in Ladybrand is an amazing place to stay at . The Apartments are cleaned daily and the staff are absolutely friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. I would totally recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing stay with absolute comfort . The breakfast options are out of this world . They are very considerate to your preferences and wouldnt squeal to adapt it to suit your needs . The food is absolutely delicious and the reception staff are accommodating and the sweetest . They have a cute little jungle gym for the little ones to play at and amazing garden furniture so you can sit back and relax while your kids have fun .

Initially we thought, what a nice place, friendly staff and big well appointed room. We unpacked our clothes, toiletries, etc. We also packed our food into the dridge! We went out the next morning and on our return we were informed that the staff moved our belongings to another room without consulting us. To me that is absolutely unexeptable. How can strange people be allowed to handle my personal and private stuff. The room that we were moved to were of substandard. The mildew in the bathroom was disgusting and the quality and state of the mattress was shocking! What a dissappointment!
