Disgusting, absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the service. Was served by the apparent 'manager' which is female of the place and I was shocked to find hair in my ice cream. At first I just let it go however a while after (weeks after) I decided to give this place a shot and got a shake, however the place had bugs flying around. Also the shake I recieved was very plain and watery. The bosses aren't doing a very good job at both service and products need to be reviewed...

Thanks to others people's review I will not be visiting this place. It sounds like they have bad staffing issues.

We had to place 3 orders, we ordered one scoop ice cream and before we made our second order she started walking away. We repeated our order again. We noticed she was making an incorrect milkshake and so we corrected her. She shrugged us off rudely, turned around to say we placed the wrong order then went back to make the correct order. While the 2nd order was being made she came to complete the payment and we placed an order for a Chillo. She didn’t know what a Chillo was so we explained what it was “ a thickshake with ice and cream on top” regardless of them promoting the Chillo she ended up literally making a milkshake with cream on top.

Maybe take the time to respond to each review individually rather than copy and pasting the same sentence, seems like an ongoing issue with your staff

28th October around 12pm. Me and my son wanted to grab some ice cream. So we waited by the counter to be serve but..we didn't get serve.! as she was too busy playing on her phone. She looks at me once without greeting or even acknowledge taking our order & went back to her phone. Really?? Why you hire someone like this when she doesn't wanna take orders or acknowledge customer service. Worse person to be in your company. If this is the type of person you hire to work, Manager must have low standards & lack of choice in workers. Will never return to this place for ice cream.

I found the prices a bit much to pay for what you get. I bought the mango bongo smoothie and it was ok. All soughts of different styles of ice cream yogurt or waffle sundae or just ice cream in a cone.

Always out of stock of flavourz most in demand. Also no smile or welcome... qty provided is like they r soo poor... nva gonna cum here again...

im a returning customer, there customer service is always lacking and not good. However, the new girl with the glasses and long sleeve was such a sweetheart. Gave 3 stars for the newbie worker :) keep the good work!

Awesome stuff here. My regular stop during summer. They have a healthy range too. Bit pricey but good service. Gets busy during summer.
