I started my trip for food this afternoon by walking into the Smashburger next door. No one was at the register nor was anyone even around to notice me. Walked out and went to Potbelly. I was greeted when I walked in and told the staff about what happened and we all had a good laugh. I missed the names but anyone who was working on the afternoon of 6/15/2022 at 16:30 were wonderful! If you are someone who is adventurous in your sandwich, I definitely recommend choosing your sandwich option and then ask them to just add the condiments & such as they would do so for their own. These people make sandwiches all day so they must come up with cool options. Answer: it was amazing! If your palate is adventurous, definitely do that! Sorry Smashburger, Potbelly blows your services out of the water!

Had potbelly today for lunch during work and I cannot say more positive things about this restaurant from the workers being friendly to the food being hot and fresh as always. The manager Brandon R. Was a pleasure to talk to from being so respectful to being knowledgeable about the products being used. Would recommend this any day!!!

I ordered 3 of my fav shake, Cookie butter. The kids dived in first but they didn't look like they were enjoying it so i asked how was it and they said watery. So I tasted mine and sure enough it was watery and disgusting. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager, who apologized. I thought it was awesome that she offered to send me 3 coupons for new shakes since i was headed across town and couldn't return. That was 2 weeks ago and i have yet to receive those coupons. That was my second trip to this store, I wont return. Sad cause its close to my home but don't mind driving for good food and service. I have never had an issue like this with the Maple Grove location.

Very nice clean location. Friendly staff. Food was great. Tried their Wreck salad on the underground menu available only through the app and it was great. It was also gluten free so I could share it with my wife and it was plenty for the two of us. Location is a bit hidden back in just west of Vicksburg Ln. Parking can get tight around lunch. For overflow use the Lowes parking lot.

The food was great! The service was meh. Ordered the salad and sandwich meal with a shake... well we didn't get the salad because they "forgot it" and didn't get the strawberry shake we ordered. When we finally got our salad and shake, the shake was an Oreo one. We didn't bother with fixing the shake order. But the sandwiches and salad was absolutely delicious!

Good toasted turkey swiss sandwich. Tried the chicken pot pie soup today, it was tasty. The sugar cookie was my favorite. Staff was friendly. Table was a little sticky. Atmosphere was typical potbelly, but it was so cold in the dining area that half my sandwich was cold by the time I got to it.

Thanks for changing your hours to 9-9. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I just hope the hours won’t change again. Delivery drivers can come at 9 AM but customers couldn’t until 11 which made no sense. So whoever changed the hours back to 9 to 9 for everyone, thank you

Everything is good, just use caution when getting a fountain drink. The hoses coming from the soda boxes are very disgusting and dirty!

Stopped by for lunch and they did not disappoint. Fast and friendly service and the food was good too.

Very hit and miss when it comes to this Potbelly location. I have been given the wrong order here in the past, and the last time I went, they gave me a Cuban sandwich that was completely untoasted. Haven't been back since.

Food was great and the service was awesome. They made a mistake or didn’t hear our order and apologized and fixed it right away and gave our son a cookie to say sorry. We’ll be back.

This place has potential. But it constantly lets me down. I just had the turkey avocado sandwich, with bacon, and the bacon was insanely overcooked and peppery (it was black bacon), and the avocados were seemingly picked yesterday (rock hard). I had to take off the avocado completely. I've been here three times, and all three times have been lack luster. I don't plan on going back. They need to focus on quality control. No one wants rock hard avocados and burned bacon.

My go-to sandwich place. Everyone is friendly and usually very efficient. When they get backed up, they do tend to breakdown in attention to detail. When I order ahead, about 40% of the time something is missing. They are happy to fix it, but do stay vigilant when checking your order

I didn’t get the young lady’s name but the young lady who was working today around 8:30pm with brown hair in a ponytail and a soft sweet voice was absolutely AMAZING! I went in there to get a cookie for my nephew and her service was so awesome! I will come back just for her. Thank you!! Truly the definition of an employee who cares about the customer and not just a paycheck. :)

Great food, great staff. Chili is better than most restaurants.

The website mentions that this location closes at 10pm; however, I arrived at 9:25pm and the doors were locked. If you close at 9, update the hours currently reflected for this location.

Love the toasted sandwiches and old town feel of Potbelly. The staff is always well trained and polite. My favorite part of the sandwiches are the actual hot peppers. The peppers are hot! Too hot for you? Cool off with a delicious shake. My kids love it too.

This is the best restaurant in Plymouth. I went here earlier this year and met Claudia, SHE IS AMAZING!!!. The customer service is amazing here. Try these sandwiches out they are the best.

Something has been wrong with each of my last 2 or 3 online orders from this location. And for the sandwiches that have the correct ingredients, they're usually very dry and bland. Potbelly is great, but this location is below average.

This location isn't the cleanest. I also watched the employee grab and move a garbage can with gloves on and didn't change them when he went to finish someone's sandwich! Not to mention the vacuum was going and it was extremely hard to enjoy my meal. They close at 9pm and I went there at 8pm. There just is great customer service anymore it seems.

So disappointed. We've had sandwiches from Potbelly in the past and they were so good. Today, not so much. Really skimped on the ingredients. The sandwich were supposed to have blue cheese on them and it seems they put about 1/2 teaspoon in one spot and that's it. Also, they should have had provolone and there was none. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Not sure I would go back.
