Had no issues had a couple root canals done with no pain and the workers were very nice and will make you feel comfortable. If you had a fear of dentists, I'd suggest coming to these people because they'll take that fear out of you. I would 10/10 recommend.

Been coming here for years since I moved to the area, and no matter which practitioner is treating me, I’m always taken care of well, and treated with respect. Everyone from the receptionists and office managers, to the dentists and oral surgeon, are very professional, while still warm and welcoming. If a necessary treatment is over my budget or what’s covered by insurance, they are masters at working out a payment plan and/or solution.

We utilized Dentists of Covington for my daughters wisdom teeth extraction. From start to finish, everything went very well. The communication level between myself and the office was right on point. I like that they have an appointment a few days before the procedure to take care of the paperwork and billing, so that you can leave quickly when the procedure is done. This was a test to see if I want to change from the dentist my family uses now, to this dentist. The way we were treated the entire time, is making the decision to change dentists to Dentist of Covington, that much easier. I would definitely recommend this office to those looking for dentist and oral surgeon. I am giving 4 stars because we have only had one experience, however I think 4 stars is a pretty good rating, no one is perfect.

Really great and affectionate staff! They knew I was in pain due to a chipped tooth! They got me in to be seen by the specialist almost immediately 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone I have had contact with there is kind, friendly and professional. The offices and treatment rooms are sparkling clean and I love that they support clean water charities.

Dr. Mak is the best dentist I have ever had. He is kind, gentle, and he really cares about his patients. I would recommend him and I rate him 10/10. The whole office is great and kind. I had a crown done and he is very gentle and really good at what he does. He is experienced and he is very knowledgeable.
