After
Christmas,
my
daughter
was
suddenly
interested
in
finding
an
exercise
place.
Her
brother
&
his
husband
worked
out
at
EHP
Performance
and
she
wanted
to
give
it
a
try.
Because
she
is
in
a
wheelchair
and
can't
drive,
I
went
with
her
and
was
encouraged
by
the
staff
to
"try
it"
as
well.
I
was
extremely
impressed
by
the
staff.
They
were
knowledgable.
Even
though
there
were
competitive
athletes
there,
I
was
accepted.
People
even
cheered
us
on!
Our
coach,
Jenna,
had
siblings
with
cerebral
palsy
so
her
knowledge
of
CP
helped
her
understand
Hannah's
body
quickly.
I
am
a
64
year
old
mom.
I've
done
very
little
the
past
25
years
for
exercise,
and
absolutely
nothing
since
COVID.
I
had
both
knees
replaced
about
5
years
ago
and
I
needed
to
get
up
and
USE
THEM!
I
couldn't
be
happier
about
EHP.
I
don't
want
to
sound
sappy,
but
this
has
been
a
life
changer
for
me.
It
has
also
created
a
new
bond
between
Hannah
and
me.
It's
pretty
awesome.
The
best
thing
Jenna
said
the
first
night
was:
"You
made
the
hardest
decision
already:
to
be
here
and
not
on
the
couch.
Give
yourself
credit!!"
I
am
learning
that
ANYTHING
I
do
is
better
than
where
I
was,
but
even
better,
that
I
am
capable
of
a
lot
more
than
I
realized.
I'm
getting
better
every
day.
I
want
to
get
healthy
for
me,
but
also
for
my
family.
We
need
each
other.
Thank
you
to
a
VERY
WELL
TRAINED
group
of
coaches.
The
owner,
Carla,
is
an
intelligent,
strong,
dedicated
woman
who
has
created
a
superb
community
at
EHP.
Thank
you
all
for
changing
my
life!
