Excellent customer service, they know all their products and they were avle answer all my questions when it came to what and how to use the product. Would recommend this place over every other store here in town. The environment in the store is very inviting and homey. They always decorate for the holidays and it is a very very well decorated store. I love how the products are set up with the decorations to give it a more pleasing and fun look.

Seems like you cant trust a price tag anywhere these days. I have started taking pictures of the display/rack price at department stores due this issue. Didnt think it would be a problem sonewhere that they list the price on the object 😵

The store is very heavily catering towards men. The whole place had a really off feeling that I've never had in an adult store before that just made me feel uncomfortable. They did have a really large selection of products however which was great to see

You can't keep employees because everyone can see your current employees are run completely ragged, and they have openly talked about the times some customers have threatened them, which could be avoided by having MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON STAFF AT A TIME. No one wants to keep working for you because it's not SAFE.
