I just ordered a mount amore noodles thorugh doordash. And it is not what i ordered!! These noodles are those cheap maruchan ones! Te consistency of the noodles is like they where boiled too long it literally taste like a dough! And There is no veggies at all! No spinach no tomatoes! Why!

Japanese pad Thai with half a container of carrots? No sauce, broccoli wasn’t cooked in all the meals.

Absolutely horrendous, wait times anywhere between 30-60 minutes even for small orders. The tables were not clean and there was old food underneath the booths. The mac and cheese was burnt and lumpy with some off putting brown/black stuff in it that ended up getting me sick. This place has gone downhill since they reopened, and they just need to be shut down at this point. I do not recommend ever setting foot in this place unless you want food poisoning and long wait times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. go the extra 3-5 miles and go to the other locations in Fargo.

There were definitely plus and minus to this restaurant. Slow service disorganized, the place too warm inside and high prices. But they cook their pasta really well, you can choose your own soda and go get your own refills, very kid friendly too, with booster and high chairs. I liked my food but place felt crowded and small. I had fun coloring the color sheet with crayons. Overall a good visit.

The customer service is not great. No one is in line behind me, and the girl taking my order rushed me to go restock lids when it didn't need to be done. I've been a waiter and a bartender for MANY YEARS. It was honestly just really rude. Makes me not want to come here again.....

We got takeout from here for lunch. It was good and they have a wide variety of noodle based dishes to choose from. I'll definitely try this place again.

The current menu sucks. They used to have shrimp scampi, that was good. They took it off but added Cavatooppi lemon Parmesan with shrimp. It was very good. Then they took that off and everything sucks. I'll check back in a few months and see if it has improved any.

Order penne Rosa with Parmesan chicken. Half the noodles were cold and half warm. Sauce was runny. Chicken was cold. I haven’t had noodles in a while and was looking forward to my favorite dish. This was not good. Rice crispy was delicious. Disappointed. What happened to fresh made?!

The food is delicious although pricey, and the price of adding a little extra protein is ridiculous. Several times I have ordered the tortellini with pesto and only one time did I get the right order. I received a tortellini I did not recognize. I'm giving the restaurant one more chance to get it right and if not I will never order from them again. (Edited) The owner replied that I got some great food and "see you again." He obviously did not address the fact that I got the wrong order several times. No apology and no acknowledgement that I will not return if it happens one more time. The price is too high to be getting the wrong order several times. After the owner blowing off my comments, I have decided not to even give them another chance. I am done with this restaurant.

The food is delicious and have been accurately prepared 100% of the times I've been here (something that other restaurants fall short of) The staff has been super nice and friendly to talk to and I genuinely look forward to lunch to A.) get yummy food and B.) say hey to the great guys and gals working behind the counter.

It was great to have a quick and somewhat healthy option to order for our 3 and 6 year olds. Lots of great items on the menu.

I don't recommend Noodles and Company. Last time I ordered from here, I ordered the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese. Most of it was raw, and undercooked while some were nice and tender. Even when I tried to heat it up in the microwave, it was still hard and undercooked.

I stopped at Starbucks and noticed they had noodles next door so I stopped by ordered chicken noodle soup took my first bit and had to stop eating and threw it out it was nasty chicken pieces tasted like they were warmed up from the week before and the crackers tasted like they came from a doomsday bunker. Don’t ever come to this location Fargo is worth the drive if you are craving food from noodles

Barely 3/4 full for $11+. The was almost no pasta, chicken was fresh cooked and juicy but the amount you get for the price is a joke. Baguette was warmed up but very very stale and rock hard.

Our gymnastics team came in after hours and they still served all 40+ of us! They were super friendly and made sure everyone’s order was correct! Food was delicious too!

Several months ago I went here and was told the lobby wasn't open for dine-in, so I called ahead this time and was informed dine-in was available. My order was taken right away and my food came out maybe 6 or 7 minutes later. No issues with the food, cleanliness of the lobby, or amount of staff. I arrived about 8:20PM, 40 minutes before closing, so maybe my experience differed from the recent negative reviews due to the time of day.

Although I’ve had problems with this location in the past, such as them not getting my order right several times, within the last year they have stepped up and stopped making those mistakes. The food is good and staff are friendly. Management is also willing to work with customers to make up for any wrongdoing on their part. Overall, even with past problems, Noodles and Company remains one of my favorite fast food restaurants in town and I tend to prefer this location to the others.

Do you like noodles, zucchini noodles (zoodles), lo-mein, macaroni or pasta? If the answer is yes, I don't have to let you know about the place. You're probably already there you lucky person. If you're on the fence, jump off and give them a shot. Prices can give you sticker shock, but the food is good. Really good. Mind you, I like butter noodles, and my wife is fond of reminding me that I can make them myself, which I know. I can make about six bags of egg noodles, with butter, and it would be fine and cost close to or less what the meal here costs. They're fine, but they don't have the good cheese on them, they're not perfectly prepped, and they're not made by delightful staff who know their business. And I have to cook them myself. Noodles and Company are great for lazy people on the go who like noodles, and who make an event out of using those fancy flavor generating soda machines. Foods great, pop is great, staff is great. I like this place so much.

I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles. I don't like mushrooms so I asked if I could replace them with something else. I decided on snap peas. I assumed it would be a free swap. Nope. .75 cents upcharge. I get my order. I paid .75 cents for four snap peas (technically 5 but one was micro tiny) That's it. I got a measly 5 pieces of broccoli that was basically raw and only warmed a bit. I don't think the veggies were washed properly because they tasted chemically. It came with cilantro on top. They don't take the time to separate the stems so I had huge stems of cilantro on top. The noodles were fine.

Staff was very busy as it was the lunch hour. We had to wait a moment or two for them to take our order. Friendly customer service. Clean and nice atmosphere. Food was prepared and served rather quickly after we ordered. Great food as always. I enjoyed one of my favorites, pad thai with grilled chicken. It was so very good!! I look forward to coming back again soon!
