I have never experienced such bad customer service.! The breakable item that I wanted was hard to reach and holiday decor was all over the floor. I boxed the item myself at the counter. Two women were waited on before me, the phone answered, and the employee went back to her decor removal. I waited!!!!!!!!!

Nice gently used furniture and decor. Everything is more upscale but at great prices. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

They broke 2 of my pieces and said they were not responsible. To add insult to injury they did not call me to let me know that the two items were damaged. I found out when I went to pick up my check for other items. They said they would pay me the full price for the mirror they broke and did not. I was hopeful that the new owner knew how to run a business. Obviously not.

Purchased a cocktail table and chairs that fit right in to my breakfast room. Came back and grabbed the painting that caught my eye. Great service and always a great selection of high-quality items each time we visit the showroom

Was really nice going to a furniture store that has an amazing selection. I worked with Doug at the Kirkwood location and was impressed with his knowledge of furniture. Took a couple of months, but was finally able to get my living room the way I’ve always wanted it. He went out of his way to let me know when certain pieces I was looking for came into the showroom. At the Town and Country location, Barb was incredible to work with. She can put a room together down to the last detail that looks great. Was really nice to be able to look around with zero pressure from sales people. When I needed help or had a question, they were available, but did wait my turn as they were so busy. The nice part, is I did not have to hire a designer as they helped me put my house together the way I wanted. Will continue to visit even though my place is put together now. Just like the relaxing atmosphere, especially after a crazy day. Rgds, Brian
