Dr,s don’t seem to care about patients, gives run around when trying to get medical equipment, just seen patient for same reason medical equipment , they know he is not able to move but they want him to come to the office. The patient is in his 90.

I was re-charged for something 8 months ago. I've reached out in the app several times and the quickest reply to a message takes on average 4 days. It has been 3 weeks and no reply to any emails I've sent to billing. They will not send me an itemized receipt explaining the charge and they won't remove it.

My doctor left the country. She was great, I'm happy for her. When I tried to schedule and appointment with a new doctor, I ended up getting COVID and was unable to make my appointment. This was during the busiest time of year for me and during a job transitional period, and thus scheduling was not easy. The practice would not renew my prescription for allopurinol, a medication I take to avoid gout symptoms, until after I'd seen a new physician at their practice, regardless of their physician's availability. If you're looking for a practice that cares about their patients, look elsewhere.

Now that Dr. Cass has left, this place is horrible. I have never been treated like this anywhere else. They have no customer service and the patient is not the priority. The front line staff is incredibly rude. I would not receive care there.

Very disappointed.with their service. I make appointment with specific doctor and they pu me with a nurse practitioner. They did this kind of stuff repeatedly.as long I paid or my insurance paid. I should be able to see what I want not the clinic want. Very sad and disappointed.

Inconsistent hours and rude staff. They make no effort to resolve challenges.

I see Dr. Cass and I love her. If I ever move I will travel to keep her. She is a doctor that actually listens and thinks about what you say. I had not seen her for over a year but with her notes she was able to remember everything about my last visit including my pesonal life like like what I do for work.

The staff is always courteous and professional. They nurses are so nice and attentive to your needs.
