Better stay away this Hotel. Restaurant is fine but rooms are very dirty. Toilet is not clean. Bedbugs and cockroaches freely moving in rooms and on beds. Had sleepless night because of insects. The two stars for the service staff behaviour.

The concept of cleanliness is not there. Floors, windows or linen nothing seems clean. Customer service is BAD. Restaurant is good with limited variety. Location is very good as it is in heart of the city. No kettle. Toiletries made available on demand only. Still couldn't get a toilet roll - simple answer was "Out of Stock, Sir"

The building is good but maintenance is pretty bad. The curtains, linen are very dirty and have stains. The towels too have old stains. The WIFI connection and current tripping regularly is also a problem. If the Hotel Management takes some initiate to maintain and upkeep the place am sure it will do well.

We have been there for a birthday party with buffet lunch . In buffer menu biryani taste was good. However chicken 65 was oily and taste was not good . Ambience need to be improved the food was served outside the party hall and the rest room was nearby and it’s inappropriate.

3star hotel. Prescribed only for high class and business travel people. Minimum room charge of Std.non AC room is Rs.2000, AC std Rs.2400, executive Rs. 2800. Suite room is Rs.4000. But rooms are worth for it. They provide compl.breakfast with the price. Near to tuticorin old bus stand.

Rooms not clean.Bed sheets,quilts they don't change. Bathrooms not cleaned daily basis.Corridors dust& dirt and stinky smell. For complimentary breakfast ask menu or else will get only 2 dishes. Very careless in hygiene. Management plz consider.

Stayed there for one night. To start with the few good things, the location is great. And food taste was good and the menu has got enough options. But the rooms and bathroom are not clean. The bed sheets were having dirty patched. Even the bath towel were dirty and discolored. The attitude of the staffs where bad. No toothbrush kit and when asked at 7.00am they told will have to wait till 9.00am till the housekeeping arrived. Over all not good experience for the money we pay.

The location is very good and proximity to the city centre. Had a quick stopover for a night. Property is nice but needs good maintenance of the room. Mosquito prevention or net to be placed on all the windows. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which serves elaborate menu.

Ideally located in the Heart of the town..good restaurant serving tasty food..room service needs to be looked into and a bit of maintenance needed for the Rooms..apt for a business trip or a family stay..near to the bus stand and around 10 mins to railway station..worth the money..

Google mentions that its a 3 star hotel but the service offered here can be rated as high as 5 stars. Great hospitality offered by the staff at every touchpoint right from the restaurant to the reception desk to the room assistance. We were made so comfortable by the care and attention given which is rarely seen in most hotels these days. Location is also a major plus. Definitely will stay here every time we visit thoothukudi. 10/10 would recommend to others.

What a location. The bar/restaurant is excellent. Quite and neat. Awesome place for close friends to have a pleasant get together. Rooms are well kept and staffs are extremely courteous. Very clean.

The rooms were clean and the room service was good... But be very careful with the people at the reception... Especially when you are checking in early... They will threaten you to pay charges for an entire additional day if you check out just 10 minutes late....

Worst… they charge you like star hotel but actually when you go there, it’s like roadside third class local lodge. We found blood on the bedspread, strange dirt on the bed sheet. Toilets are like public toilet. Be careful before you make a booking looking at the building pictures from outside. Cause inside it’s totally different. All the best.

Best hotel to stay in Tuticorin. Location: It is located in the centre of the city close to the Old busstand. Almost all prominent shops are in close proximity. Rooms: Neat and Clean, Hygienic, Better Privacy, Spacious for a comfortable stay. Safe for Families with Kids. Good and Courteous Staff. Food: We had complimentary breakfast which was a South Indian dish. It was Good and Tasty. Good Ambience in the restaurant. I would conclude that it was value for money hotel with good hospitality, safe stay. You can opt it if you are looking for one in the city centre.

Think twice before you book this hotel. Hotel is not clean and bed spreads are dirty informed to change but no response. Front office staff are unresponsive. Break fast is pathetic. I changed the hotel next day due to unclean place. They are charging 2500 rs per day for standard room not worth for that money .

I like this hotel actually,only very difficulties I am facing but that’s all are not major issues normally online hotel payment only hight compare then hotel tariff ( when u enquiry directly to hotel ) but here different online price was cheap hotel staff asking me high so I booked via online so In future pls consider this. Amazing rooms available, good experience. The room looked luxurious and u can feel it. But the serviceman took long time to find out a room for us, also price is too expensive.

If you like North Indian dishes, this is the place to go for, in tuticorin. Fantastic taste of all north indian dishes. But in restaurant you may find mosquitos, which I personally complained to hotel staff and owner should look into that.

One of the best hotel in tuticorin. Rooms are good and clean. Food was soo tasty. Service was fast and good. All staffs are friendly and polite. I recommend this hotel.

Ac is centralized but the temperature setting could not be changed, had to sleep in 20°C chilling temperature, when checked they said the buttons of Remote panel is damaged and not working. The corridor is full of dirt and not cleaned for a while. The rooms are not properly maintained, the paint drops from the wall when the door is opened or closed. The toilet was not sanitized when it was Handed over to us. Bed linen and sheets looks very dirty looks like it wasn't washed for a long time. Overall this hotel is not worth for Tariff they charge

This was a nice hotel with suit room. It was located near old busstand. Also car parking they have separated location near hotel. It had AC bar, it was fine but that product is not like original.

Value for the money we paid. Chose this place as it is centrally located, easy accessible. Staff responsiveness is a concern, quality of linen and cleanliness of bathroom needs special attention. Check In was slow, not at all welcoming. Early bed was requested at 11:45 pm as soon as we checked in and the same was brought to our room by 12:45am. Staff barged into the room while my colleague was sleeping. The same was informed to the management, hope corrective measures are taken.
