South Beach Maputo is one of the places I'd love to visit again, amazing experience and it is beautiful, the workers there are very friendly, even when you don't understand Mozambique language they make sure you get exactly what you need.

I came to this place as it was the most recommended by colleagues who had visited Maputo previously on work trips. This was a work trip for me too, so after a long day at work my colleagues and I decided to go try it out! While the venue is clean, great atmosphere (beach front), great music and overall very aesthetically pleasing to the eye! The service though was pretty disappointing. It takes close to 40 minutes to get a simple mojito cocktail and even longer for the food to come, now i understand that they might be busy but i went on two nights Saturday-busy and Sunday not busy at all but it took the same amount of time to be served! It was so disappointing! To make it worse you are going to be seated in an environment where the supervisor/manager will be acting so arrogantly and vile towards the staff all in the view of us customers. JP is his name, he shouts and uses finger gestures to the staff apnd smokes a cigarette throughout the night. I hated what saw, being a manager myself i certainly could teach him a few things on being a good leader! The food was amazing, very fresh! Drinks are nice too, the sushi was great! If you come hungry then prepare to wait

It was a disaster. Food took two hours to come, and the staff were blaming the fact that it was Monday. They mixed up the orders, they still brought orders that we canceled. No apologies, and not accountability. Not what was expected at all.

This was an amazing experience. The music honestly shocked me, it was amapiano beats with mostly Portuguese lyrics. As a South African I thoroughly enjoyed the vibe, food, music and experience as a whole. It was a great girls night out and I would definitely go back if I ever find myself in Mozambique again.

The food was extraordinary however the service was very very very slow it took my order more than 1h to arrive the place was so nice so I kept my self occupied by the view, something else that needs mentioning is the manager treatment to the staff is unacceptable, I got bothered by his behavior and so mad to a point where I couldn't enjoy my stay he treat them bad , I understand the importance of work but if you want to correct your staff do it in private not in front of customers... something else worth mentioning is i took the lemon tart and it wasn't worth it at all for the price it felt like it has been in the fridge for three days so bad.. but overall I enjoyed the experience thanks.

By far the best service we received in Maputo. From their friendly staff down to the superb food. If you ever are in Maputo, this is definitely a MUST. The ambience is to die for

All I can say is "amazing experience". It's a hot to place with friends, siblings or partner. At noon, it the best place to chill, eat and drink. The atmosphere is to die for. I love how the place offers both vibey night life and formal dining at the same time.

South Beach in Maputo is a fantastic dining spot! The restaurant offers stunning ocean views, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. The seafood is fresh and delicious, with a great variety of Mediterranean and European dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
