The best gym in maputo

Very good gym with almost every equipment or machine you wish for, it has coaches specializing in different areas which help you on your journey, the only thing missing in my opinion may be resistance bands but other than that it is a really good gym.

Its by Far tge best Gym in Mozambique. First world quality Gym. Top 👏🙌

It was alright. Great centre. A bit pricey, I was visiting and needed only 7 days and I paid triple what I would pay in SA for a month. But overall I recommend!

It's a beautiful place, for people who want make exercises is a good place to go.

Used the supplement shop there. Not a very good experience. Was badly attended to. Kratos Empire you need to choose your workers better.

Amazing gym. It is pricey but totally worth it. I visited it a couple of times whilst on vacation in Maputo. They have machines that I have never seen, even in Europe. They also run classes and have sports services and shops in the premises.

The most state of the art gym in Maputo. Machines are new and plentiful. Great variety of classes. Has a small Cafe Cafe snacks and drinks. Staff is great and willing to help. PTs available upon request. Great for beginners and bodybuilders alike.
