Do not recommend for beginners at all. I am completely new to BJJ and kickboxing I tried them here and was highly disappointed. Very uncomfortable environment as soon as you walk in nobody speaks to you or greets you. When someone did they didn’t ask for my name he didn’t seem friendly. I did the BJJ session he just showed us and didn’t explain to me who is new just basically get on with it I have no idea what I am doing this made me feel very uncomfortable as I was floored and didn’t know how to land he didn’t explain the rules to the sport just unprofessional and huge lack of communication. One guy was pretty nice I think he is called Tom unsure genuine guy who was supportive. Reply: yes I had the session today.

Trained here for 9 months whilst working in Manchester. Very friendly gym with no egos! A range of classes from beginners to advanced with fantastic coaches! Improved my game alot during my time here and was made to feel very welcome. Thanks to Gav, Chris, Will and the rest of the team for great coaching and running a top notch MMA gym!

My son has been training BJJ for 18 months in a place in Stockport. his session was only 45 minutes long and only do e it once a week. He has never been tapped out in his gym in over a year and dominates his opponents. We heard about predators from a friend and thought we would try it out on a Saturday between 3pm til 6pm. my son is aged 12 and was truly humbled by a 10 year old who tapped him out on numerous ouccasions. I personally believe this is the best place in Manchester for BJJ. It is such a high level of training. I would highly recommend this gym out to others

Trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly. You get to meet a new set of people and do exercise without any effort. So much fun and pretty addictive! Mood is significantly higher and even after 3 sessions I already see a difference in myself!

Great coaches and great atmosphere. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, and they really know their stuff! Literally every ability level can train here.

It was my first time visiting the gym and I attended a beginner's kickboxing class. Tom ran the session and he was really professional and clearly knows his stuff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and would recommend anyone living in or visiting Manchester to pay a visit.

Decent place great coach showing us what to do and showed everyone how to do the moves multiple times i don't think you could learn that in 1 session like anything you will get better with time my training partner carlos was fantastic.
