NOT A GOOD LOCATION We have gone to many FREDDYS in the area but this location does not deserve more than a 1 star for quality! (We always get the Signature turtle so this is the only item I’m mentioning.) Each time we ordered a sundae it was given to us with hardly no chocolate in the bottom to speak of and then a little frozen yogurt and a huge amount of whipped cream! We never did get what we ordered; this isn’t the way it’s supposed to be made and definitely isn’t worth what we paid! We won’t be going to this location anymore. I am comparing this location to the one in QC which is a 5 star! Also worth mentioning is that the parking is horrendous & very dangerous! WHY would they even put FREDDYS here as its an accident trap! I cannot recommend this location

Good food, pretty consistent. Finally decent hamburgers close by! Love the patty melt! Had an issue with tiny chicken fingers and the manager on duty was very nice about it. Was impressed. Besides that I’ve never had any other issues.

So today I go to the drive through and order a burger to which a at least four inch Piece of black hair was in it.. I'm sure the hair was longer, But I stopped pulling on it because it was disgusting. I dont know how to post a photo. When I drive all the way back to advise of my observation. The cashier makes a disgusted face about the hair walks to the back and someone later returns with a new burger. not one apology, not one appearance from the management( after they asked if i being helped and then go to see wheres my food), not one offer of compensation. but hey at least the cook asked if i wanted a new bag -_- i get it about the hair situation, Ive worked culinary but its the lack of actual customer service outside of the fake smiles and rehearsed pleasantries.

I walked in and was greeted with some very friendly faces. I got the best seasoned fries out of any place I’ve been too. The burger was delicious and well cooked and when I went to get my food Caden was very nice and asked if I needed any sauces. I saw Natalia keep the place nice and clean and making sure everything was up and running well. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!!!

As a missionary we walk around in the sun A TON! Freddy's Ice Custard is so refreshing! It gives me that boost I need to keep sharing the good word!

Very impressed with the service and quality for fast food. Only draw back is the lot design makes getting in and out of the facility a bit of a pain.

Just your average Freddy's however, the app would not allow me to order cheese curds but inside of the restaurant you could order cheese curds. Replaced a orders through the Freddy's app and I don't know how they could screw it up but they did. But the food here is pretty good so we managed.

I LOVE FREDDY'S!!! ...omg...SOOOO much better than In N Out and Culvers!!! I don't know what it is about that frozen custard but I am HOOKED!!! This Freddy's is the best location I've been to. The kids who work there are respectful, courteous and work hard. So nice to see kids getting good work experience at a great company. Now let's talk about the food...their burgers 🍔 and fries are awesome but I cannot get over the custard. I get it every Friday with just hot fudge ( my Friday Freddy's) and savor the treat. I love their fry sauce too...the spicy one isn't as good as the regular so I stick with that for my shoe string fries! Love the originality of shoe string, instead of regular sized fries. Freddy's really stands out. So happy this is a staple here...never heard of it before until I moved out here from Sacramento recently- yay for Freddy's!!! 🍟 🍔 🍧

Great service very friendly and great food. The Custard aka old times way of saying ice cream is AWESOME. Whatever they do different makes it super better 😆

This place was probably one of the most welcoming places I’ve been to in awhile. Walked right into the door and was greeted by multiple people. The guy who took my order at the front (I think I remember his name being cole?) was very reassuring and understanding while I took my order. When I got my food, the guy at the counter asked if I needed anything else and told me to have a greate day. The food was amazing. Definitely will be coming back 👍

You offer online ordering but I have to walk inside to PU? All of your competitors offer drive through PU…. Get with it and allow drive through PU of online ordering. Culver’s is in the same parking lot so will just go there😂

genuinely love this place like they love my family. my great grandparents go in every week. at times they are in almost every day. every single time they’re met at the door and that’s when the order starts. the staff here is unmatched and the experience couldn’t be better. thank you leisa and your team for making my family feel like family. from ours to yours, we love you all!

I order a number 2 and a number 3 with only ketch up and onion rings. They gave me 2 number 2s and a hot dog. No onion rings. And I live a while away. And the only way I could get a refund is if I went back. Not happy with this visit to San tan valley Freddy’s. How hard is it to get it right??

So happy they finally opened! Welcome to the area Freddys. Remember its brand new so its going to be busy and they might be working out some kinks, but my food was delicious and very friendly service!

Hamburger way to thin, tasteless. Fries were thin and hard to eat, little pieces. The turtle sundae was great! Total $36.00 for 2.

Foods great! Employee can be rude. I really enjoy there burgers and shakes. But they really could use some costumer service training.

We always enjoy their burgers and hot dogs. The fish sandwich is at the high end of the fast food spectrum. Their fries and cheese curds are the best you can get from a fast food restaurant, and don't forget the fry sauce!

I am so glad these guys are here. We love Freddy’s. The burgers are so tasty! Fantastic flavor and texture and the ingredients are always fresh. We love the thin, crispy fries. The dining area is clean the the outside eating area is shaded.
