Delicious ice cream, clean restaurant, plenty of staff (quick service). Definitely would return for a follow up visit.

Went in around 9pm on a Friday 05/12/13 and the hours said the building closes at 10pm. Walked into the building and there were about 3 other people waiting for their orders. Stood there and 3 employees just stared at me and did not say a word. One girl just looked me up and down with a disgusted look. About 5mins of waiting I was finally asked by the other girl what I was going to order and she stated she was unsure if they had milk to make 2 shakes. I also had ordered 2 smoothies. The same girl told me it would take a minute to get my order done since she had to wash some dishes and walked off while huffing and puffing because she had to make my order. Once the order was up my husband went up to pay and the same girl told him she could only pour half of his smoothie in a regular size cup due to not having ice. Instead of charging him for a small size he still had to pay for the regular. This is very disappointing how these employees are not taught about great customer service and it seems everywhere you go you see more of these young men and ladies with attitude making a bad name for these businesses.

I ordered my twins 10th birthday cake from this location. There was a discrepancy in the total charged and the actual amount. I contacted the store and Rodney (owner) called me back on his personal time and told me he would get it taken care of. Day of the pickup, the charge was correct and I was contacted by Rodney to ensure it was. Not only was the cake AMAZING (it was all gone by end of day.... never happens with bday cakes) but I felt well taken care of and listened to. Thank you Rodney and Coldstone for helping make my kids birthday after Rona the best they have had yet!

Terrible experience. No customer service whatsoever. The girl threw the ice cream cup on the counter, did not acknowledge me at all, I said thank You and she walked away. Then they kicked everyone out an hour before they closed “to clean the lobby” claiming the lobby closes at 9 pm. Such a terrible experience definitely not returning to this location.

Went to order my regular cheesecake milkshake. Then they tell me 1.60 for every extra ingredient. I just wanted a menu item. Apparently to make that menu item shake they had to add 1.60 for 3 added items. You're smoking some crack. I'll go elsewhere.

Came in to pick up a doordash for a couple customers around 9:05 when I entered the store, there was nobody in the front. And then three employees came out of the back one of the employees particularly name Rayna was very rude and I had to wait an additional time when there is no customers in the store for the orders to be prepared. As a Dasher, I’m still a representation of the customer and I shop here personally anyways, the customer service in general was very poor. DoorDash shouldn’t be treated any differently than a customer because we’re still customers ourselves

Standing in line with only 1 person ahead of me. I was needing an order for doordash also was going to place a quick order. I was completely ignored. A couple walks in and they get their order taken. While not even having started the doordash order. Do not come here they don't care

It carries the standard options for the most part, with a few unique offerings. Their specialty is probably big “creations” which blends many toppings (bites, fruits, etc) together (kind of like a sundae, though with more emphasis on the toppings compared to syrup). With that it’s very rich and certainly quite indulgent (and it feels as such). It can be a bit pricey, even for a standard option, so keep that in mind. As they’re a chain, their quality is nothing special with standard ingredients, but it’s still enjoyable. I tend to suggest the local options, but Coldstone is good for something particularly rich and crazy

Wait time of over an hour just to get a cup of ice cream. When it finally was my turn to pay, I'm asked for a quick signature. Given they're busy and I'm trying to move things along, I sign really quick and give it back. Find when checking my bank a day later that I was charged a 4 dollar tip I did not authorize or give, so they will steal from you given the chance.
