Finally had a chance to come to this place for food. It turned out to be really good burgers. Great customer service also💯💯💯

Was a Very busy fast food restaurant. Of the amount of guests, the staff had our ready in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was friendly and professional. Store was clean

Service took less than 10 minutes considering that were was a considerable amount of cars in the drive-thru. Food was delicious as always and never disappoints.

Delicious the best in n out so far! Get the mustard fried patties and add pickles plus onion either raw or grilled SO GOOD!

Speedy service and well cooked food at this In-N-Out Burger location. The place is generally always busy specially the drive-thru but there is usually always one or two people outside taking orders and helping the line move. The drive-thru line is pretty long and fits several cars. It also merges from TWO lanes which causes some drive-thru rage sometimes with some people that have no idea there are two lanes or don't read the signs and get stuck on a single long lane. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Most amazing hamburger joint i have ever witnessed! It was packed! It took 14 minutes for me to get my plate. Assembly line was flawless!! They must have served 50 orders in that time!! Incredible and incredibly good!

Best hamburger at the best price. Fresh, always delicious with friendly service. And absolutely the BEST FRENCH FRIES. The Only Fresh cut French fired potatoes. They are the freshest lowest priced Hamburger of any restaurant. Never disappointed.

Had to stop and grab something very late at night and Taco Bell, next door, was closed. The long line actually went pretty quickly. The young man at the window was quite pleasant. The food has not changed since my last visit in 2009. I can honestly say I am NOT a fan of ANY of their food items and their soda is always watered down. 🥤Here's to another 14 year break from In-and-Out.

If you’re in the mood for a good tasting hamburgers. This is definitely one of the best places to get them. They got hamburgers fries and milkshakes. On of my favorite hamburger joints. Highly recommend this fast food restaurant for you to visit with family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the first time I have been to this location and it will definitely be my last. We had a pretty big order (3 double doubles, 3cheese burgers, 4 animal style fries, 3 regular fries, 4 drinks, 2 milkshakes), both ladies at each window were rude, they were absolutely silent-didn’t say a word to me other than telling me the cost of my order.Typically at the first window I’m told a quick review of my order as well as if I am eating in the car however that didn’t occur at this location. At the second window I was handed my food as if I was eating in the car(open boxes of food, open animal style fries). Can you imagine how difficult it was to get that food home to my family in open boxes? By the time I got home my food was cold. When I asked the young lady at the window for a bag because we are not eating in the car she rolled her eyes and said “well I don’t know but here ya go”. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible and instead of understanding the “miscommunication” and helping me with the situation she made it seem as if she could careless and as if helping me was a major inconvenience for her. With that being said I will not come back to this location and will give my business to the location in Surprise.

First visit. Line was long but moved very quickly. Staff was friendly and food was good. Surprised how reasonable the prices are. Will def go back again.

We really enjoyed eating out at this location. This was my first time at an in-n-out. The staff was really really polite and they explained their menu in detail. We loved the burgers and the vanilla shake. Will come for more. Thank you.

It is the chain the reminds me the most of a classic burger joint. Just burgers, fries, and shakes. I prefer the double double animal style with fries and a shake. I think the fries could be better seasoned, but they provide salt and ketchup which is good enough. Also, it's cheap. You can fill up on $10-$12. You can't do that at Five Guys.

Food was great,really busy place but definitely coming back again. I would only recommend to go inside and order because drive-thru is crazy.

Been here many times, and my kids and I always have a good experience. It can be very busy - but the food is always great, and ready very quickly. And the prices are good too. Don't forget a milkshake to top your meal off!

We ate here twice on our trip. Very quick for an order of 6. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. We shared we were first time guest and we got stickers. Animal style fries were yummy. Parking lot is kinda tight over busy lunch hours.

How it is that such a simple made basic burger/cheeseburger and fries can be so darn tasty is beyond me. But they are absolutely delicious and well worth it. Sometimes there's a line but it moves along quite quickly. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. I've only been through the drive through so I don't about the inside. But I'm sure it's just fine. Go get yourself an In - N- Out Burger and Enjoy!

Best place ever! Good burgers, fries, and shakes! They even sell hot cocoa and coffee. The only thing is that they don't have a lot of locations because they are a family-owned business. But, it's really good! You have to wait a long time for your food but it's worth the wait!

Wow! This place was amazing. I've been coming to In-n-out since my childhood, back in Cali. I honestly don't remember it ever being this good, aside from maybe the first time. The long 15 minute drive thru line wasn't great, but was worth the wait. The customer service from taking my order to taking my money and giving me my food was 10/10, so nice and polite. Truly serving happiness as the wife put it. Now the food. My wife got a cheeseburger and I got the double double, animal style. I have never had such a good burger bun. The inside of the bun was so well toasted it had the best crunch but fluffy on the outside. Kind of messy but was so delicious and fresh. This is the best burger I have had in a very long time. Beats any restaurant burger I've had hands down. Keep providing a stellar experience. Will definitely be back!

Being from the East Coast, I always try to get an In-N-Out burger when I travel west. It breaks my travel rule of eat local, but so good. This location was BUSY and we're staffed for the crowd. Plenty of people prepping and making the food. There was a wait for our take out order it the food is made to order so it's worth the wait. We loved watching them press the potatoes and make the fries while we waited.

I've been eating at In N Out since I was a kid growing up in Southern California. The food is always good! I had the double double animal style even though I don't really like onions, their grilled onions mixed with the cheese is a great combo and adds just enough of that yummy caramelized onion flavor. Google their secret menu for more yummy combos 😋
