Last cake we bought was a let down. Have bought before as well which were better but this time it was a hit and miss unfortunately. Cake ordered same day itself maybe causing the quality dip. However, one thing noticed was the cream portion ratioed cake part. Never seen that anywhere else. Card payment is not accepted in store

Have reviewed Lebon, Cherthala long ago. But since they’re consistent in providing quality products with good customer service wanted to leave a review. This time ordered a Butter Scotch cake and was superb. They charge Rs. 800 per kilogram. They door deliver too at Rs. 50 if it's beyond 3 Km. They had it delivered earlier than the committed time. Altogether happy with Lebon Cherthala.

It's a really good place for refreshment and good quality food with ambience. Pizza, burger, samosa, momos, sandwich, mojitos, fresh juices, shakes and a wide variety of desserts are also available here. You can even order full cakes for party purposes and all. Must visit this place if you come to either Cherthala or it has also a branch in Eramallur. Chese omlete is really nice here and one of my favourite dishes. Do give a try and share your feedback. The credit card and debit card payment has been stopped which is a major inconvenience that i have noticed and all other factors are really good. It will be good if all sorts of payments are accepted going forward.

LeBon Cakes& Delicacies is one of the best cafes in Cherthala.There is no other cafe in Cherthala that offers tasty food and quality cakes at the same time.

Best shop in cherthala for having a quick munch anytime. Location is not easily visible. Its in the back side of Cherthala devi temple.Slightly on the expensive side but worth it. Delivery also available. Staff service is good. There is good ambience inside also hygienic place.

We had iced tea and chicken tikka Pizza, and the pizza was really bad. I wont recommend this pizza, and have no idea about other pizzas they have to offer, those may be good, try and find it out for yourself

There is no other place in and around cherthala that you get great pizza and burgers. Also there cakes and pastries are great. I highly recommend their bbq pizza... Its outermost delicious. The costumer service is that one thing i got highly impressed with. They treated me very well as a costumer and i felt its equal to everyone who visits their place. Great food with perfect pricing... I highly recommend this place.

Ordered a birthday cake for my wife .....it was a butterscotch cake....just love the cake it's so beautiful and the writing and the decorations are just amazing ....it's so yummy too....my wife really loved it ....thank you so much making her birthday so special and yummy...

Lebon serves probably the best pastries in town. It's awesome and value for money. We've celebrated this women's day in lebon, as a token of love they served free pastries for women which where super delicious and yummy. We've tried other items in their menu which was great and served freshly. Totally satisfied with their service and hospitality. Highly recommend !!

Worst experience! Ordered a cake with specific instructions for font and the wording. Messed up both and what I got as a response after delivering the product was something I don’t even understand. They said they used something to write it so I’m supposed to expect only what they delivered - wow! Should have told that before taking the money, saying okay to my requirement, and then delivering what they wanted - pathetic experience. And interestingly they even added the double quotes in the cake 😕 where I specifically mentioned “without double quotes” glad that they didn’t just write “without double quotes” on the cake. Amateur and unprofessional experience.

Have been a customer of Lebon for more than a year. The good things about Lebon: 1. Food (Pizza, Burger, Fries, muffins) has been consistently tasty. Many other places compromise on their taste when orders increase. But Lebon has been great! Hope it continies to be the same. 2. Milk shakes are yummy and kids would love those! 3. In-shop dining has good overall ambience to compliment the tasty food. 4. Staff is extremely polite and humble in general but they tend to struggle with too many things when there is a crowd. That's understandable though. Not so good 1. Food delivered doesn't taste as good as in-house. Fries get soft and cold. This is again understandable as the food is to be served hot! 2. During crowded times, the space inside feels claustrophobic. Hope Lebon gets a bigger place. Overall, Lebon is a great place to get quality food while enjoying the nice ambience with some really nice people around. A must visit place if you haven't been here!

Great service. Prompt response and delivery. Really yummy cakes. I have had Belgium Chocolate cake, Mixed Fruit Cake and Red Velvet cake. All of them were delicious. The texture was smooth, with great consistency. Also, tried Fried Chicken Momos, they too were really good. Very satisfied with the food and the service. Great value for money.

When I think about cakes, Le Bon comes to my mind. Been ordering cakes from past year. Good quality cakes which are not overdone. The taste is great. They delivered in correct time.
