Dined in for the first time here and was amazed. Got takeout here and was even more blown away. The service is great and the ramen even better. I'm going to start coming here instead of making the trip to Boston. The flavor of the broths were delicious with excellent ratios of noodle:soup:toppings. I really liked how there were different spice levels. Be aware the hell level is super spicy yet did not erase the overall taste! In terms of take out, I appreciated how they maintained the portion sizes. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get ramen, whether it be dine in or take out! I look forward to coming back here. Edit: tried the takoyaki and fried chicken. Overall not bad but nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken was on the drier side and needed a bit more sauce but was tasty!

The food was delicious, and so flavorful. The ramen was cooked well, and there was enough broth to eat with the noodles and toppings. The menu had "build-your-own" options, and pre-set menu items, so it was helpful, and everything we ordered tasted so good. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well as attentive and quick.

Whoah!!! If your looking for a life changing Ramen with sides look no further!!!. So a bit expensive yes. But the food they give you fills you up. I never finished mine. Will come again closer to fall and winter 9/10. Only negative thing is they have tips for the waiter and the chefs in all honestly I feel like should just be pooled together 🤷🏽‍♂️.

My wife and I have been here a few times the past month. I like how the soup broth wasn't all based on the same... They had chicken, pork, beek, veggie options. This time around I got the truffle mushroom veggie ramen. The broth was a bit creamy but light, yet still flavorful. The best part we're the toppings...the lotus root chips were SO DAMN GOOD!! We came here late afternoon, just 15 minutes before they take their siesta. They still took us without any hesitation and the place was still jam packed. The ramen came out super quick. The wait staff checked on us a couple times and also gave us heads up their kitchen would close soon. We would definitely come back! Update: we've been back multiple times since, with other family and friends and still solid.

Delicious ramen! My husband, my parents, and I got the jasmine tea, vegan ramen, veggie dumplings, and seaweed salad. It was delicious, fast, and fresh. The decor was fun and colorful. And, they had great bowls. We will definitely be back and we really appreciated the vegetarian/vegan options on the menu! ❤️🍜 Perfect nourishing lunch or dinner for a cold winter day.

Loved the decor and graffiti on the walls! The food was pretty good. Ended up getting the 'hell' hotness, but the spice was really only in the broth. Definatly manageable though!

Amazing experience at Zuru zuru, quick service, good food. Tried the chicken karage ramen, the chicken was a little dry but the broth was good. Do checkout their specials.

Good food, ambience and service. We trued all their vegan starters and creamy broth veg miso ramen.everything was perfect. To wrap it all we tried the matcha ice cream with red vean and mochi (recommended)

We went to this restaurant with the family from Germany this evening. We liked the food, especially the family from Germany. However, right after one of the family members finished the food, the waitress came and asked if she could take the bowl away. It happened again when another member finished the email. The family from Germany kept asking why the staff kept coming and asking right after they finished the meal. They felt like the staff were rushing them out….. This is really embarrassing! We might come back again if the staff wouldn’t “rush us out”.

The most delicious appetizer of pillowy deep fried mochi. I got the shoyu ramen and my friend got the classic tonkatsu ramen. The broth had depth and portion was just right on top of the rest of our appetizers. Great service and even better food! Will be coming back.

In the span 1 week and a half of discovering this place I went to eat here already 4 times. Every time I went I was very satisfied with my meal. The ramen broth was deep in taste without feeling to greasy and like the disgustingly heavy. They are also very consistent with which I love I hate when you go somewhere and it tastes different the second time you go to a place. I think I will definitely be a regular here!

The ramen experience is there when it comes to Zuru; the different types of art around the restaurant feels amazing, as they try to capture the Japanese theme all around. They have various art work posted around with amazing figures at the check out. The cat with one arm jacked & buffed was my favourite. Nonetheless, I got there late and my buddies ordered a fire chicken app topped with cabbage and a wasabi sauce that kicks a punch if you’re not ready for it. The chicken was nice and tender. So it was a good plate to start off with. We also had a green tea and it comes in an elegant pot. For the main course I got a spicy miso ramen Loaded! It was a great choice as I love to eat. Still think for a loaded plate there could have been more especially for paying almost $20 for the plate. Nonetheless the broth was delicious and I got it at a 2 for spicy out of 3. I think for a 2, it could have been a little more spicy but they have to cater to everyone’s taste buds for an average mild. The noodles were good, but I wish they could have been a little more thicker. My favourite was the pork! It was so tender that it break apart right when you open it. Let it sit in the broth and you’re winning. Overall great experience. And the best part which I didn’t get a picture of is the bathroom full of all anime stickers and posters especially One Piece for all us OP fans. You will need out like I did haha. I would definitely go again as they have a great menu to eat from.

Really cool atmosphere, but it’s a very tight space that gets crowded quickly. The ramen was good but nothing special. Some of them are a bit pricey too. The most interesting part about this place is probably the spice levels, so if you’re into spicy foods, this is the place for you.

I actually came here because I was so surprised by how good my DoorDash order was packed! Zuru Zuru Ramen Bar in Medford is an exceptional restaurant that delivers an authentic and delicious Japanese ramen experience. The menu offers a wide variety of ramen options to choose from, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The broth is flavorful and rich, while the noodles are cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The service at Zuru Zuru Ramen Bar is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff that go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant also offers takeout and delivery services, making it an excellent option for those who prefer to dine at home. Overall, Zuru Zuru Ramen Bar is a must-visit for anyone who loves ramen. The delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service make it one of the best ramen spots in Medford.

The service, atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was great! However, the food was just OK. We enjoyed the appetizers more than the main ramen bowls. The bbq eel was very good, but overpriced.

The ramen was so delicious, and the lychee drink was good, too. It's my favorite restaurant now.

I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant! Their food was presented so well and tasted amazing. Everything was so flavorful and the portions were perfect for one person. The only thing I would say is that the truffled mushroom don was a bit dry because there wasn’t enough sauce. Overall though, the food was really good and I would definitely recommend it, especially because it was affordable. Highly suggest trying the mochi as well.

Love love love the truffle wagyu ramen! I can't stop thinking about it after I had it yesterday. I can't wait to eat there again! 🥰 The only downside was the mochis. They were not chewy at all, they tasted like old cakes, one bite just fell apart 😞

My wife and I ordered the spicy miso, spicy tonkotsu and chicken karrage. The service was excellent but the food was ok. We’ve eaten authentic tonkotsu ramen such as ichiran in New York and various places in Canada. The tonkotsu ramen here lacked pork flavor in the broth. The fried chicken was more chewy than crispy and there was an after taste. This is a nicely decorated place with decent food and great service. If you’re craving ramen and live near the area, but don’t want to drive too far than this is a good option to consider.

Fast serving and delicious! Neat tables and good service, not cramped despite being allocated in aisles, there are even small flowers on the table. The atmosphere and background music of the shop are what I like, a good choice for dinner with friends
