Had an amazing experience coming into Insideout for the first time for a facial. Everyone is incredibly professional and friendly. The place, yet small, is very clean and decorated nicely. A very calming environment! Michelle is very knowledgeable and delivered a customized experience for my skin type and problem areas. Already have my next appointment booked and cannot wait to try a massage as well in the future!

I went in for a 90 minute massage with Sean. I had never been to this establishment before but I can say it was easily the best massage I’ve ever received, and I’ve shopped around! Right from the get go sean made me feel incredibly comfortable and really listened to me about what areas I wanted to target. Throughout the whole massage I could feel the tension leaving my body. Sean is an incredible healer and I’m so grateful I found this spot and him!

Beautiful, peaceful space. Very relaxing. Wide variety of services and very pleasant staff. I had a massage and would recommend trying out their wide range of services.

My first truly awesome deep-tissue massage here was life/body-changing! The place is cozy and comfy and everyone is super friendly and concerned for your comfort and wellbeing.

Derdra is a really good massage therapist. She is professional, Knowledgeable and has good hands, Helped me out with a few areas that Really needed attention. Feeling much better. . I will be back.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. The first time I went I got a gift certificate for a gift. I had a good massage but the check out process was clumsy. I went today and was 2 minutes late for my 30 minute massage appointment. I went to the bathroom then waited in the “relaxation room” for Lisa. She greeted me and took me to a room then asked if I wanted to reschedule because I was late. I explained I was there but had to use the bathroom. She was rude and said she had another appointment next so I would only get a 15 minute massage. I said ok well let’s do that. She acted bothered to do it and didn’t communicate instructions well. Upon check out the receptionist charged my boyfriend’s card after I told her to use mine and then took awhile to process it while checking in a new guest. Needless to say I wont be back.

I received a fabulous facial from Michelle! My friends remarked that my face was "glowing" -it was that good! My face is still soft and hydrated today. I definitely will be back for more.

Michelle is magic: calm, giving, intelligent. The facial was tailored to me and my oily skin, not a one-size fits all affair. I felt respected, showered in assuring advice, and not pressured to purchase a lot of magic potions. It was a terrific experience and I WILL be back.

I dont think I could possibly say enough positive things about this HIDDEN GEM of a spa. From the moment I reached out to book spa-days for myself and my mother to celebrate her 65th birthday, Vicky, the owner was super responsive, friendly and informative. We both spent several hours there including a lunch. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was. My mother and I have many years experience going to SO many of the best spas. This tiny, unassuming, back of a small business complex establishment may lack the panache of big showy spas, but the staff is incredibly talented. My massage from Zachary was outstanding. If you are looking for (seriously!) deep tissue he absolutely does it unbelievably well. A lovely woman named Rumpai provided a Thai style massage for my mother and she said it was the best she's had in years. We also had facials with Michelle, she was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Her facial was top notch with excellent products and her additional massaging was superb. Finally I had lovely reflexology with Sean while she had the same service with Rumpai again. I cannot say enough about how kind, genuine and friendly everyone was. You could tell they are passionate about what they do and what they stand for. It's worth noting while small-ish on the inside, everything is super clean, beautifully decorated, smelled wonderfully clean and truly was an excellent space for our day. I cannot recommend them enough. We live nearly 2 hours away and will without a doubt be back soon!

The people there were very kind to my friends and I and accommodated us even though we were late and didn't have to. I really appreciate the experience and the kindness of the staff working! And the massage was definitely worth it😊

Michelle was excellent. This was my first facial at InsideOut. I have had a lot of facials all around the world and this one was probably the best I have ever had. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep 😴 I will definitely be booking another one 🧖🏻‍♀️

I had a great experience with both Michelle and Deirdre. My face looks and feels great. The massage with the gentle cupping loosened up everything that needed loosening. And everyone was super warm and kind.

Everything about the experience was exceptional ! I found a parking spot right away :), The spa itself is clean and beautiful with a calming ambience . The receptionist who greeted me was friendly, sweet, informative , and helpful. Deirdre, the massage therapist was completely professional : asked pertinent questions , listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and also found other issues which she addressed skillfully. I thought the environment was clean, soothing, and relaxing. Everyone was kind and helpful. They accommodated an last minute change in scheduling, so that my sister and I could experience our services at the same time. The facial I received was extraordinary and I enjoyed every minute of it. Loved hearing the esthetician's take on skin care in general. A great experience all around.

So lucky today, I got massage from Victoria in my studio. she is always so busy, but she drove from an hour away to my massage studio and worked on my body. I felt so refreshed. This is the best one massage that I have ever got . So so appreciated and so thankful !!!
