Everything was so good. Employees were nice, the food I got was nice, (Rock and roll Maki, Sushi, and Beef Kimchi Ramen.) Chill vibe I recommend for sure.

This place is a hidden gem. Don’t be fooled by the location! I have spent a lot of time in Japan and Asaka offers the most authentic Japanese on the South Shore. The Shumai and Tempura appetizers are excellent. The sushi is high quality; I would recommend the Sushi Deluxe entree to get a nice sampling. Inside there is a sushi bar, standard table seating and there is even a traditional Tatami seating area if you want to feel like you’re in Japan. This is my new go-to sushi place on the South Shore!

Very nice and small restaurant, but the menu is huge! So much to pick from and I’ll have to come back when I’m out this way. The takoyaki was delicious and not scalding hot. And this place has some of the more unique sushi rolls that I’ve had. I forget the name of the one I had but it had garlic on top and it paired very well! I also appreciated the atmosphere in here, very quiet and relaxing!

Mom pop owned. Absolutely great service. Generous amount of miso soup which was exactly what I needed for a 32 degree New England fall evening. Followed by the Rainbow Maki and a White Tuna Handroll

Great selection of vegetarian sushi! It wasn't my favorite sushi, but my wife loved it, so that means we'll be back. Would recommend for vegetarians!

Asaka is a hidden gem of norwell. Amazing food with all fresh ingredients. I got the Shrimp Mango Sushi and the Chashu Ramen. Delicious. Highly recommend trying this place.

Prices are a bit more than some local alternatives, but I always get a good meal and the vibe here is better than most especially if you’re looking for a sit-down experience

Food was great, the ambient soft music was excellent as well. Very relaxing experience
