Awesome milkshakes! The hot dogs are split then grilled 🤤🌭, and the Cajun fries are sooo good! Even if they are a bit messy. The staff wasn't the most pleasant bunch, but my food was hot, fresh, and tasty nonetheless 😋

Overall the place is really clean and provides a good burger. My only complaint is on price! I could do a sit down dinner for the same cost if not less money. I will continue to come here now and again but I would return more often if the prices were adjusted. As a store the Hanover store does an exceptional job and I know they do not control prices that is why I gave them 5 stars instead of 4 for the pricing.

It’s a great place for burgers. I had one of the best burgers around. The service is very friendly and quick. The French fries is super delicious, and the meat tasted really good. I definitely recommend the place for burger.

Five guys is always a good take. Clean restaurants that are well staffed for speedy service and fresh cooked meals. Be sure to try outlier offerings like their BLT’s and hot dogs and you won’t be disappointed.

Great crew and the food is up to the Five Guys standards. The only thing they are missing is a new touchscreen drinks mixer / dispenser. They still have the traditional fountains from 15 years ago.

As you'd expect a 5 Guy's to look, everything has some amount of burger grease on it. I called in my order for a set time, and when I picked up, burgers were well on their way to being cold, bread was soggy, burgers were overcooked, Cajun fries had enough seasoning on the to boil crawdaddys in, milk shakes were liquid, and to top it off.. they didn't put whipped cream on my shakes. Overall experience was below average for a run-of-the-mill burger shop. The food was cold, over cooked, and over seasoned. You'd get a better burger at Chilli's for the same amount or less, and you'd get a couple more sides for that matter.

Best damn cheeseburger and fries. You have to go, at least once a year for the shear decadence.

These are my favorite burgers without driving 30 minutes or more. The staff is efficient (and friendly) so don't let a line scare you away. They move faster than expected. They don't have a ton of choices like a restaurant, but I assume focusing on burgers is what makes them so great. If you like big flavor, try the spicy fries with a vanilla milkshake.

The staff was very busy, but their synchronization was on point! Every team member had a position to fill and they worked together well. Despite the chaos, they remained friendly and polite.

Much better burgers than most chains. The staff is usually very attentive and on the ball. Also friendly. It's a little expensive, and the shakes are just a little too sweet. With all that's going on behiND the counter, it's also a bit noisy. But aside from those things, it's pretty great! 😉

Good taste fresh. Tried barbecue sauce on burger. Peanuts were enjoyable.

Wanted 2 milkshakes. Was very hard to drink through the straw. Employees were on their phone. The strawberry banana smoothie tasted like rotten strawberries…
