    Every class is fun, informative and energizing, every instructor is skilled, knowledgeable, kind & welcoming, and considers each participant's limitations, experience and comfort, recommending modifications & monitoring to ensure movements & positions are done correctly to prevent undue strain or injury. And, everything about BodyLines is fun, welcoming & uplifting, from the staff to the studio environment and class offerings, to build confidence, strength & flexibility, no matter your age, gender, fitness level or body type.

    Bodylines is such an inclusive and body positive environment. I was initially nervous to start my health journey again and felt right at home with so many different ages and levels of experience there. Everyone - clients and staff - are more than willing to help you learn the different moves and provide any support you need. What I especially love is that you don’t need to be “in shape” to start, you can go at your own pace and there are so many modifications to do to meet you at your health and comfort level. So happy I started this journey and cannot wait to see where it brings me! Thanks Bodylines!

    It is always a wonderful experience at Bodylines. Challenging, well planned classes and always different. That means my body doesn't get stuck in the "usual routine" rut. And best of all- Bodylines instructors and clients make working out fun.

    It took me a very long time to get my nerve up to contact the studio. It had been almost 20 years since I did Pilates, and quite frankly embarrassed at how long it had been since I took care of my body. I was pleased to see bodies that looked like mine and moved like mine and have started to become less self-conscious and less focused on "matching" what someone else's ability is. There is no judgment and only support as you try to modify as needed. I have had the pleasure of experiencing 4 different instructors and they are all excellent. I decided to do some 1:1 sessions with Brenda, and I am so glad that I did. She is focused, supportive and is able to use humor just when I want to say I've had enough, which has been so helpful as I relearn what my body is capable of. If you are on the fence about private sessions, I would highly recommend this focused time, it has helped me tremendously.

    I started attending Bodylines when I was still recovering from my first pregnancy (2 years postpartum!). I started to see and feel improvements in my body. So when I became pregnant with my second, I knew this was the practice/studio to help me through this next phase in life. I’m 32 weeks now and feeling great! Kim, Kelly, Karen and team have been so supportive and helped me transition and modify through each pregnancy stage. I KNOW my recovery this time around will be drastically different then the first. Thanks so much for all the support Kim and team!!! Whether you are prenatal, postpartum or don’t have kids yet, get your butts in here! It will benefit your body SO much!

    This place is amazing. I super recommend it. They are very kind and very knowledgeable of what they’re teaching you,they can help you with modifications and they’ll make you feel good about it.

    This is a great studio. They offer a wide range of classes. I'm new to the studio and have been trying out the various classes and instructors. I find the instructors to be very attentive to student's form, offer alternative movements, if needed, and are always encouraging. They really all have been fabulous. And they make it fun. Even those classes that I know I'm going to be feeling later are fun! Totally worth checking Bodylines out. Spacious, clean, friendly. So happy to have found it!
