I went to Mullen brothers for a second opinion after another jeweler had told me my mom's engagement ring (close to 80 years old) was too badly worn to repair. I'm so glad I did! Debbie was very helpful and friendly and the jeweler Rachel was extremity kind and understanding when it came to me not wanting the ring sent off site at all. She is also very competent because it looks beautiful! AND it was done a week earlier than they had originally told me. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again guys!

I had my diamond reset at Mullen’s. Bob showed me many settings and there was one I kept looking at, but it was all white and I wanted white and gold. Bob had my setting customized to fit my vision and I get compliments on my beautiful ring all the time. Any time I go in, I’m greeted warmly and staff like Lynn are always so helpful. I can’t say enough about Mullen’s.

Leslie assisted with choosing an engagement ring. She was exceptionally helpful with the process and really took the time to help me find the setting I was looking for and explained how to choose the right diamond. Could not recommend going here enough.

My husband worked with Lynn last year to make 2 new pieces from a ring that belonged to his mother and had a great experience. Recently I brought a necklace he gave to me when our first child was born to have them make a new charm to match for our second child. I am looking forward to seeing what they come up with! Lynn was very easy to work with. She helped me to pick out a new more durable chain as the necklace I have, the chain has broken twice (not from Mullen Brothers). She also recommend I fix the chain and hold onto it for the future use which I had not considered. Looking forward to working with Lynn in the future!
