This was our first girls trip to Salem. I had been intermittently communicating with Marley a year prior to our trip. She was always kind, professional and prompt in response. When we arrived it was no different. She communicated every step of the way and accommodated our early arrival and late departure. The property was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet. We stayed in the largest room and it exceeded our expectations. The room was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The overall presentation of the interior of The Coach House was a balanced combination of old versus new and made for an enjoyable stay.

This was an awesome hotel. Super clean, super luxurious, everything was perfect. The beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are really big and really nice. Great art work, fancy showers. We loved every part of our stay and can’t wait to come again. Also the attentiveness of the staff was better than anywhere I’ve ever been. Also the hotel sits just minutes from down town Salem, in a great quiet location

Where to begin?!! We just returned from an amazing trip to Salem. The Coach House was a highlight! Marley is delightful and I can honestly say it was the best service I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel is beautiful and such a close walk to downtown. The rooms were so cozy and comfortable. We feel so lucky to have stayed here and made our trip that much better. Marley was a really great host - I really enjoyed the stay here. I was able to drop the bags off and leave them before check-in and when the room was ready, the bags were taken up already! This was perfect since I wasn't returning to the room until 10pm that night when the personal concierge service was closed. The room was really comfy, especially the bed and pillows - firm pillows unlike most places! The shower was great too, a nice water pressure. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower though which was a shame. Self check-in/out was super easy and you couldn't really hear any noise in the rooms. Very peaceful sleep! I would definitely stay here again. It's only a 15 minute walk into Downtown Salem too!

We were a little hesitant to book here having never stayed at a digital boutique before, but it looked beautiful, we are familiar with the area (1.5 mi to downtown) and they were the only hotel NOT asking for a 2 night minimum in October. We were happily blown away by this place. Gorgeous rooms, the BEST shower I think I've ever had, and they were in constant contact with us. I hesitate to give such a good review because we don't want them to sell out before we can book for next year!

My daughter and I visited Salem in July 2023- the service from start to finish was impeccable. Not only was our room gorgeous but the rest of the home was beautiful. I had an issue with the AC in the evening and the concierge stayed on text with me until I resolved things ( I erroneously turned the AC on fan or something along those lines) We will definitely come back again! Thank you for the superb hospitality!!!

The Coach House was a highlight of our two night stay in Salem. A nice walk to downtown. The accommodations were wonderful and the service was top notch. Our concierge, Marley, was helpful with suggestions for breakfast. It was an unexpected touch that we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were flawless. Thank you. My daughter and I had the privilege of staying at The Coach House for a girl’s getaway. The digital check in was super easy and very efficient. They assign you a concierge-ours was Marley and we wish we could give her 6 stars she was incredible. We had everything we needed. The hotel is absolutely immaculate . The beds are super comfortable. Everything about this hotel is luxurious. We can’t say enough about this spectacular experience.
