Excellent food but female attendant talks trash about American customers in the back where she thinks people can't hear her or understand her.

I LOVE this place. They have the best acai bowls in the area. The mini snacks and toasts are so good. It's tiny with a couple of inside and outside seats and parking is fine.

Slowest service we’ve ever experienced. We walked up and the guy took literally 10 minutes before he looked back to take our order and that was because I said excuse me. We ordered 2 açaí bowls with paçoca and waited over 20 minutes for them. After 20 minutes I asked him if they were almost ready and it took at least another 5 minutes to put them out on the counter. However while I was waiting I saw several people go in and out who spoke português. Seems if you don’t speak Portuguese to them you don’t get proper service!

This place kills it every time. They have an expansive menu with something for everyone. Their acai bowls are unmatched, and the mini snack cups/boxes are perfect for any and all tastes with at least 8 options to choose from. The owners are the sweetest folks you could ever meet, and I frequent this place at least once a week for mini chicken croquettes, mini dulce de leche churro bites, and truly the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and check this place out for yourself!

Great food, but had to wait for 40min to have my order ( 5 fried empanadas)!

I’m not one to ever post reviews like this, but that was quite possibly the worst acai bowl I have ever had. Never knew peanut butter could taste so bad. Service was okay, the front desk was nice enough on the phone. I’m sure there’s other good stuff on the menu, but do not get the acai bowl. Paid extra for Nutella too and there was none to be found.

I had ordered several times from this place and the acai bowl never came so I decided to go in person to try it. The man at the counter was very rude, impatient, and lacked self awareness. I made it very clear I wanted a custom bowl. He looked away, and talked to me while facing the wall. His accent was very thick but I understood that he was trying to point out the "traditional bowl" to me but I cannot eat grain so I insisted on my choice. He gave me an angry look, said I didn't understand him and he repeated the entire thing, speaking at a wall while I was behind him, music blaring trying to force me to order what he wanted me to. After doing this several times I lost my patience bought the damn bowl i didn't want and am never coming back. If I ever try Salgabom again it'll be Park ave no doubt. Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my 32 years of life.

I ordered two sandwiches total was 65$ they never delivered it. Took the money out of my account and didnt even explained what happened when i called them NO refunds either Not the first time they mess up but usually its a soda or fries missing not the entire order and very bad communication

Whenever I order from GrubHub from this restaurant, something is either missing or completely wrong from what I ordered despite receiving the correct ticket at delivery. I called after receiving the order to see about coming to pick up the missing item, but the response over the phone was not helpful. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially spending just $50 alone on the food, not including the delivery fee.

Ordered doordash from this restaurant and asked for a flan dessert. Flan came old and moldy!!

Super good food at a great price ! Staff’s English is a little poor (not an issue, I just felt bad that it was hard to understand them) but everyone was so so so nice ! Only warning is that the portion sizes are HUUGE so come starving or prepare for leftovers !

It may be a little small, but it's full of life here! I've never had any complaints about anything I've tried here. Everything here is made with love, compassion and the staff are really nice. Feel like in treated as "family" when u step into the restaurant.

100% addicted to the acai bowls and churros. Recently tried the yuca fries, and they're delish! Can't wait to try a burger—great family, such nice people when you go in for pick-up. Looking forward to seeing the new location.

Went here with my friend and it was our first time trying out the menu here. We ordered the churros, empanadas, sugarcane juice, and other stuff. My friend really enjoyed her churros. It was hot, fresh, and very delicious. I really like how big the empanadas were and the amount of filling that they put in. Honestly, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely will come here again and be our usual spot to go after work.

A small bite Brazilian snack shop. . Ambience ⭐️ ⭐️ Service -⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quality - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quantity- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ $$ Parking limited . Most of the items on the menu are fried expect for the aacai bowls. The stuffings are bit salty meat esp the ground beef fried empanadas. . . Best thing to get is the dulce stuffed churros. . Dessert and snack are bit overpriced for the quantity and quality of the increased, but it seem that is way in Worcester city. .

I have been dying to try this place but was never able to make myself take the leap as I was unsure what some of things were. Today I finally made the decision to go here and OMG am I so glad I did. I got the cheese sticks and the mini ham and cheese snacks and they are so delicious and very filling. Can wait to try other things!

This is the THIRD time this place has sold UNCOOKED bread. You’re going to get someone sick. Also, not hard to add a can of soda as it’s labeled on the receipt but that was a miss. Get it together.
