Purchased my Jeep brand new in 2020. Had a wonderful buying experience with Sherman. He was excellent. In the last few months i have had issues with the Jeep, steering wheel, battery issue, steering stabilizer etc. Cliff in the service department has been fantastic. He is so helpful and always so polite. They were able to get me a rental each time i came in and everything was handled so professionally. I would definitely buy another Jeep from them in the future.

My experience with Elmwood Dodge was exceptional. My car was purchased on May 17th 2021, and I've loved driving every mile since. There were two issues with the vehicle. One was discovered before signing the sales agreement (bad sunroof motor), and the second (air conditioner didn't work) was discovered right after signing the papers. Elmwood took care of both problems, and provided me a rental vehicle while in the shop at no cost to me. I think it's important to mention that once the papers are signed, ownership changes. They still fixed the air conditioning without question at NO CHARGE because I hadn't yet left the lot. The part that needed to be replaced was all the way in the back of the engine, and wasn't an easy job. I truly believe that had I purchased a pre owned vehicle elsewhere, that consideration to me as a client wouldn't have been as top notch. My interactions with sales, financing, and service were all professional, courteous, and friendly. I love my "Chaaaag" and hope nothing happens, but Elmwood would be my 1st choice for business if I ever need another vehicle.

Came from Connecticut because this dealership had so much inventory compared to what was available in Connecticut. Plus the prices were $5000 to $7000 less for the same exact vehicles and options. The salesman we worked with was top-notch and absolutely a pleasure to work with. The vehicle was completely detailed and ready to go by the time we finished with the paperwork. The service department, sales department, and the finance department were all awesome to deal with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a great team!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Elmwood Dodge. And this was by far the best experience I've had with them. When I reached out to Wayne the Monday before Christmas 2022 saying I wanted a new red 300 Touring L AWD he had what I wanted In my possession Christmas Eve just 6 days. It's a beautiful car and they couldn't have been more accommodating and getting it to me on Christmas Eve.

The whole staff was very nice. We never felt pressured into any purchase. They followed up with my purchase of a New Ram truck a few days later to make sure it was ok. We had a check engine light come on, and they took care of it the minute I drove it back to them. Was nothing serious happened it just tripped on. Truck is running great and we love it!

I bought a jeep compass from Elmwood a few months ago. Great place! No pressure, no BS, straight forward deal. Honestly, from the sales associate to the manager to the finance guy, every interaction was simple and straight forward. Would 100% buy from them again!

Check in staff wonderful ! I came in with my 6 month old and we’re so helpful! Offering to help me bring my stuff to waiting area. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and usually when I get a service done there they check everything and wash and vacuum my car which is great because I am driving 45 minutes to get the service done. This time when I left, they did not wash the car or vacuum, and I still have a service light that still on. Kind of disappointing because I’m going to have to drive back and make another appointment to get that looked at.

I had a great experience working with Ethan and the rest of the staff at Elmwood. They were able to find the exact Jeep I wanted... which wasn't easy being I was replacing my 75th anniversary Wrangler that I loved. They tracked down one that was the exact color, inside and out as my original, and transport it to their location. Ethan was very communicative throughout the entire process, taking time to answer all of my questions about leasing for the first time.

Matt was great - very friendly, not pushy, easy to work with. Vinny - Finance Mgr- also great to work with. This was probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by going to a dealership and not being attacked by salesmen. I was recommended to Elmwood Dodge by a couple friends that have been pleased with the company as well. I purchased a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The transaction was very smooth and trouble free. The same can be said of the service I’ve received since. Very pleased thus far. Everyone has been polite, and respectful, and the premises are very clean. I would recommend this dealership in the future, especially if the great service continues. As a matter of fact, I purchased another Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Elmwood Dodge this week, but used, a 2017, as a gift for my daughter’s college graduation! My wife and I are very happy with Elmwood dodge and all their sales staff. We got treated with the upmost respect, they took time with us throughout the entire buying process. I love that everyone there from the yard guy to the actually owner of the dealership treated us as if we were buying a brand new truck when in reality we were just buying a used truck. The entire process was handled quickly, without feeling like we are being rushed or less of a customer cause we were buying a used truck instead of a high end brand new vehicle. A couple days into having the truck I noticed a few minor issues. I called the service team, and a wonderful gentleman named cliff set me up with an appointment and a rental car. Not only did the fix the minor issues but they went above and beyond and noticed something I didn’t even noticed my self. They noticed my 9 inch radio was delaminating and wanted to replace it for me free of charge. We are beyond happy with Elmwood dodge.
