I don’t like complaining so will just throw this “lunch” out but cmon guys! You charge quite a bit for a burger & this is the second time in a short period my burger isn’t cooked :( I don’t have time to order another one as I’m on my lunch break. Please talk to your staff! This is gross

Let's start at the beginning: when ordering, I had to repeat my order three times even though I was speaking very clearly, loudly and slowly. I ordered a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. Finally my order gets placed correctly. Next, I wait. Looks like it's going to be a long wait, because there are at least 20 people waiting in front of me for their orders. 30 minutes (yes 30) pass and very little people have been called for their order who are waiting. At this point I'm considering cancelling my order and getting a refund. The employees are yelling at each other, and one of the employees is almost in tears. It is not a very pleasant wait. Suddenly, out of the blue my order gets called, surprisingly ahead of many of the others who had been waiting longer than me. I felt bad for the other customers as I squeezed past them, verified that it was my order they called, grabbed my order and headed home. When I got home I was very disappointed to discover that I received a plain cheeseburger with absolutely no toppings. What a waste of time and money. I will not be returning until this place receives new management, which it clearly needs.

Very bad customer service! This place should be open until 10pm. However, it often closes at 9pm while they still take orders online. It's awkward to come to pick up your pre-paid order just to see CLOSED sign on its door! The management team needs to be trained properly!

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this one I feel is necessary. I ordered two little bacon cheeseburgers for myself and a coworker, two separate toppings due to allergies. I got two of the same burgers. This was ordered via Google so there was no way to communicate allergies. I figured it’d be fine. Also, the last three orders from here I’ve had half my fries cold.

Never been to Five Guys much before. Needed a little something to eat and it was the only fast food close. Got a small cheeseburger and water for almost $10. That's a little pricey but it was good for a fairly plain cheeseburger. We also had a few free peanuts while we waited.

I’ve been here a few times and have been impressed. Great care around allergies. The shift leader was congratulating and praising her team. Of course, the burgers were great.

This is the second time we stop by this Five Guys and the second time that my order is missing something, last time we were missing some ingredients in my burger and this time the same thing happened and to top it off five guys is know to add extra fries, at this specific location this is not the case, both times our fries were not filled up. I will not visit this location anytime soon. Anywhere else is great.

I went in and I ordered a takeout order for a little cheeseburger and a regular fries. The lady who I think is a manager with the tattoos all over her face always shorts me on the fries that I order no matter how what the size is. I am so sick of this happening. I am so incredibly pissed. Do your job and stop get my order right. Or else I want to take my business elsewhere. Five Guys do better and hire some competent workers. My recommendation go at night to get a real order and cuz the people at night tend to get their order right better than this stupid tattooed woman who clearly works the lunch shift. I am never going here again.

Takes very long to prepare orders sometimes waiting for an hour or more. They also don’t give your order to you if you’re doing food delivery services you have to ask them because it just sits on the shelf.

Short staffed. Good pricey and burgers over cooked. But how much can 2 employees do? They were trying to cover every aspect of the business.

The girl who works here Tuesday around 3pm is the best. She is so friendly and thoughtful and just made my whole day. Awesome experience.

They gave me the wrong order or at least made the burger and fries the wrong way. Only realized it when I got home. The order slip is correct just not the contents

Delicious burger and fries. The little cheeseburger is plent if food. Chocolate shake was perfect as well. I recommend getting the free whip cream on top.

I've ordered an hour in advance, notified them that I'll be there 7 minutes Ii in advance and waited over 30 minutes to my order after I showed up and was promised it'll be ready right away. The place wasn't even crowded

Five Guys, imo, offers THE BEST burgers around anywhere I happen to find myself. These heavenly burgers are grilled to perfection and are so juicy for such a regular-sized patty! You can customize your burger any way you like with a slew of condiments that don't add any extra cost to your order. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are to die for, and their fries are delectable, fried in a peanut oil. Their shakes are incredible with several options to choose from to satisfy your craving! Having said all this, you will be paying for the quality you get. Before gratuity and tax, it cost $58 for 4 LCs, 1 LBC, 2 shakes and a Little Fry. But that was enough to satisfy a family of 3! Considering the price of Five Guys, we go about once a month as a treat to ourselves.

This place is supposed close at 10 pm. We were inside by 9:45 pm. We were kept waiting until way after 10 and then one of the staff came over to the counter to say, “we are closed for the night…I don’t know how you got in…our doors have been closed for over 40 minutes…we cannot serve you”. Such a shameful, disappointing, and disrespectful moment. Food is great at Five Guys but issues like this taint the name. Management needs to do something about this.

Service, AMAZING. Food would be AMAZING, however, so darn cold to enjoy. Four of us FREEZING! A little tip, set the temp for customers, not staff. Other than that, so yummy. 👍

everyone was really nice but when I went to eat my burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, I noticed nearly all of the lettuce I received was spotted and still had the bad end pieces. I sadly had to take the majority of the lettuce wrap off because it looked and tasted bad.

This was the first Five Guys that I ever visited. Overall, it is solid. The only cons I have are the parking situation can get jammed at times and their employees could be friendlier!

Great burgers, very tasty and fairly big plus you can add lots of extra add ons atmosphere charge. Free peanuts 🥜 were a nice touch.

If you go to Five Guys you need to know the portions are huge. A "cheeseburger" is really a double. The small fries are plenty for two people. Good milkshakes...super thick. Restaurant atmosphere is very simple.

i love their food but there weren't even five guys in the kitchen; maybe consider hiring more staff.

Not very clean in their took along time to take my order and even to receive it because of the fries I gess but the drink machine was really no flavors available all out of order and also the burger I ate wasnt really cooked that good

What happened to this place? Messy floor, table, and chairs. Both soda machines didn't work. They had no ketchup. Need I say more? Burger was good tho.

Typical Five Guys. Food was great but lunch for three was about $60. I guess everything is exorbitant these days, but we won’t be back.

Food was good, came out quickly. The interior of the restaurant good use a little more attention though, peanut shells all over floor and just general cleanliness.

I'm not a big fan of the five guys chain to start with. $7.00 for a small cheese burger is over priced even these days. It's pointless to order a larger frie because they put a ton of fries in the bag anyways. The staff at this location were very nice, even with them being under staffed. They loss 1 star for price value, but 4 stars is still good for what it is.

Five guys is a chain so you generally know what to expect, however this location is the slowest of all I've been to and the burgers were thin and overcooked. Could have been Whoever was cooking that day, but having been to several five guys,I know this a location I'll be avoiding just on case the same cook is working that day.

Poor management. Employees eating while cooking your food. You’ll wait for 45 mins and somehow get cold food. I love Five Guys but not this one. Such a waste. Go to Lowell. You’ll get the customer service and hot food.

we came in post practice to an amazingly clean establishment and where greeted with a very lively and welcoming staff even though it was close to close. the whole staff even helped sing our friend a happy birthday. absolutely phenomenal service and food, will definitely come back. shout out nizael s, wonderful cashier.

The most sublime vibes in any eating establishment this side of the Mississippi. Staff indubitably love their job and are incredibly fun and welcoming. Nicest guys ever. I may perchance purchase the bacon milkshake once again thanks to Nizael’s recommendation.

I ordered bacon cheeseburger, bacon burger and large fries. the guy there telling me it will take few minutes until fries be ready, I thank him and wait. after maybe 50 seconds I get my order, I say thank you and go away. when I open the bug at home I see the big cup of the large fries half empty. he just put the cold leftovers fries that he had there (less then what I usually get for small fries) in a large cup. No one telling to five guys in Westford that I ordered large fries not large cup. it's not the first or second time that I have problem with this location, I done with this location, from now on I will go to the one in Chelmsford, never had any issue with them.

Went here today and made an odd request for an order, the staff were happy to accommodate and were so friendly!
