Let's
start
at
the
beginning:
when
ordering,
I
had
to
repeat
my
order
three
times
even
though
I
was
speaking
very
clearly,
loudly
and
slowly.
I
ordered
a
little
cheeseburger
with
lettuce,
tomatoes,
onions
and
mustard.
Finally
my
order
gets
placed
correctly.
Next,
I
wait.
Looks
like
it's
going
to
be
a
long
wait,
because
there
are
at
least
20
people
waiting
in
front
of
me
for
their
orders.
30
minutes
(yes
30)
pass
and
very
little
people
have
been
called
for
their
order
who
are
waiting.
At
this
point
I'm
considering
cancelling
my
order
and
getting
a
refund.
The
employees
are
yelling
at
each
other,
and
one
of
the
employees
is
almost
in
tears.
It
is
not
a
very
pleasant
wait.
Suddenly,
out
of
the
blue
my
order
gets
called,
surprisingly
ahead
of
many
of
the
others
who
had
been
waiting
longer
than
me.
I
felt
bad
for
the
other
customers
as
I
squeezed
past
them,
verified
that
it
was
my
order
they
called,
grabbed
my
order
and
headed
home.
When
I
got
home
I
was
very
disappointed
to
discover
that
I
received
a
plain
cheeseburger
with
absolutely
no
toppings.
What
a
waste
of
time
and
money.
I
will
not
be
returning
until
this
place
receives
new
management,
which
it
clearly
needs.
