Went for my birthday dinner for the second year in a row and everything was absolutely fantastic again. From the steaks to the sides and drinks everything was prepared perfectly. Our server was great as well, and took a group photo of us with the birthday dessert we were presented. Later she gave us a printed copy of the photo which was an really nice touch.

Overall great food and service. Our waiter was super chill. The food was delicious. No issues with any of that. This is a busy location. And we were given a heads up. But that is not a burden that I as a customer should have to absorb. Like... If you know you are excessively busy, do a better job of managing your reservations. Or do a better job of staffing your kitchen/floor. If I am coming to a place like Capital Grille, I am coming for something special and want to be able to enjoy my experience. Not be annoyed that everything is taking so long. I say all this, but I would still go again. But I'd eat a snack beforehand...lol!

Made reservations for 5:30. My wife and I walked in and were greeted by 3 very well-dressed employees who wished us a happy anniversary. We were seated right away. Our waitress, Melissa, is absolutely one of the best! She wished us a happy anniversary and presented us with menus and told us of the specials. Everything here sounded delicious, so it was very hard to choose. The apps were outstanding. The filet, sirloin and lobster tails were cooked to perfection. After dinner, she brought out a plate with "happy anniversary" written with chocolate on it and took our picture. What a treat 😍 This place made our night one to remember. 10/10 on everything! Excellent food! The chef has my love for the phenomenal cook on the steaks AND some seriously superb mashed potatoes. Beautiful staff I had the pleasure of encountering.. Noel is a most excellent bartender! Personable, friendly and super accommodating. You’ll feel like you’ve been going here forever. Lucia, it was a pleasure! Definitely recommend this place 💟

The capital girl was great it's great I got the chicken breast and risotto it was delicious I also got potatoes au graitin for aside they do An absolute wonderful job on dinner it was nice spaced out they didn't rush you and I topped off dinner with creme Brule It could not have been more decadent and delicious ********************* It was delicious as usual and your always being helped which I love. I hate when you can't find a waitress or waitor anywhere. But our waitress was wonderful. She was friendly, great and gave us free desert to make up for a small error with my entrée. I think that is what you should see in restaurants. I was very happy my dinner companion was very happy. Capitol Grille is one of our favorite places. I also took extra pictures this time to upload. One thing that was funny at the Burlington location even though it was Monday night they cone off the entire front half of the parking lot so people will have to use valet. A Bit over kill as you will see from my pictures but I guess it's just about another service they can offer to customers

We celebrated our marriage in a small family circle. They gave us a separate room with a round table. All the dishes were delicious, the meat cooked just right. But most of all, the care of the staff and the compliments from the restaurant were amazing! This is the warmest service I have ever had and on my wedding day 🥺 💕 Everything was top notch! We were given a bottle of champagne and a huge assortment of desserts, which was unexpectedly nice! We will be glad to come back again and again! Thank you for your attentive warm service, Capital Grill staff!

This was such an amazing & special 12th anniversary dinner. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by such wonderful people. We were immediately seated and I noticed a card sitting on our table wishing us a happy anniversary with pretty confetti on the table. They do such a great job at making a special day even more special. Melissa who was our server, she was so friendly, so on top of our table, she never let our drinks go low, she made sure we were happy and enjoying our time. She even took and printed a photo of us to remember our night/anniversary. The dinner was absolutely amazing and perfect. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The Lobster Tale was delicious. We also had tuna Tartar and that was perfection. They brought out some desert and that was just a perfect ending to such a fabulous meal. I would HIGHLY recommend them for dinner. This is our new favorite place! Thank you to all of the staff that made this night perfect for my husband and I!

It was a wonderful experience, the wait staff did a outstanding job and the steak was cooked perfectly. I recommend you come hungry and save room for the cheese cake.

Just a fabulously memorable experience in part because they ask you if you’re celebrating anything (of course I said yes, why not, we’ve come this far haven’t we?). Staff immediately put a congratulations note and glitter on the table. The salad was a real su chef effort in fresh chopped carrot medallions on the top which made me feel as healthy as it was. Amazing menu, can’t wait to go back.

We went there for a birthday dinner. It was fantastic the table setup was amazing with glitters and all. The staff was phenomenal they paid attention and were polite and very helpful. The food was out of this world from starters,steak and dessert absolutely 💯 😋. Going there again and again.

Took my son here for his birthday as all he wanted was a really good steak! For his first steakhouse, it couldn't have been better. The service was terrific, and of course the food was amazing. The only negative, is that when you show up with a couple children they tried to give us one of the least desirable tables in the restaurant. All restaurants tend to do this. Our kids are teens so they're not noisy. Not sure why restaurants think this is okay. We asked to be moved and they did without hesitation. Overall the experience was very positive.

An unforgettable experience! We walked into the restaurant, and we were welcome by a smiling-kind host who led us to our table. He waited for us to sit in order to give out the menus (this alone means a lot to me). Right after, we were greeted by a wonderful server who took great care of us! We ordered some cocktails to start our dinner and then some apps. While we were enjoying these, the managers came by to check in to see how everything was (this shows how much they care for guest experiences) right after we ordered few steaks and let me tell you, they were out of this world! Perfectly cooked medium rare and wow they were so tasty. We had a bottle of my favorite Carbernet Sauvignon Jordan, and that paired wonderfully. To end dinner, we had 2 of their desserts and were blown away by their coconut pie! I highly recommend this! Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to come back and enjoy it once again! This level of attention is only achieved by strong management front and back of the house, and in this restaurant that is palpable.

Birthday dinner for my husband. Our server, Srinivas, was perfectly attentive. My husband's Coke was never empty without ever asking for another. My water was always full. Dirty plates and old utensils vanished. But we never felt like he was in our face. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The meal nicely was paced. The birthday mini dessert plate was a lovely surprise. Looking forward to our next occasion to dine.

My husband and I came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing dinner! 🎉 We has the lobster bisque soup, field greens salad, and calamari to start. The complimentary bread basket was also wonderful! Then, we ordered a platter of side dishes for our main course. We especially loved the potatoes au gratin and the mushrooms! They gave me a delicious complimentary dessert for my birthday 🥳 with chocolate cake and cheesecake. We will definitely be back again! 😋

I just had to come in and say how wonderful the hostess Amy was last night. We got there an hour before our reservation and she set us up with seats at the bar and made sure we got helped right away. She was beyond accommodating and made our celebration that much more special! Thank YOU Amy! They are so lucky to have you at their establishment. The bartender also made some incredible espresso martinis! ;)

Had a big company meeting there. Food was great. We could not decide on dessert, so waitress gave us a complimentary dessert tray. $650 for 6 people for lunch and drinks.

Went there for our anniversary and we were treated like royalty!! They really make you feel special. The food was absolutely amazing!! Such a beautiful experience.

Annual Christmas party was so well done. We special ordered the mutton chops, which are exceptional. They should bring them back to the menu... If you see it as a special, don't pass it up! Taps and bottles were robust and high end. Parking was a bit funky, someone blocked me in. It wasn't a scam. They were broken down.

I want to start that overall the staff is super attentive and the atmosphere is dim and intimate. Me and my fiancée decided to give this places a go since we’ve had a date night in mind. We were greeted and seated and our waiters service was great! We started with two entres an aged rib eye steak & me a salmon with two sides of mashed potatoes and bacon Brussels sprouts. Upon arrival on the entres I will say the taste of the salmon wasn’t he greatest, there was no skin on the salmon and a lack of flavor. My fiancée’s said his steak lacked some juiciness and taste as well. We’ve gone to other steak houses before and we’re pretty ethnic when it comes to flavors and spices so we were a bit let down of our expectations regarding the taste of the food. It was an experience, but probably won’t be back…I’ve had better 😕

My husband and I recently indulged and celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille. There was a card and confetti welcoming us at our table. Our meals were amazing - appetizer, salads, steaks, and sides - everything was perfect. It was the most delicious meal I've ever had a restaurant! Our server Byron was beyond fantastic and the manager Roberto stopped and chatted with us as well. We took two desserts home which were delicious and the details in the to-go packing were also noticed and appreciated. It made for a very special evening. Highly recommend for a superb dinner and outstanding service.

Great, perfectly cooked steaks is why you come here. We were not disappointed as the salads, soups and cocktails were delicious. The steaks were about the best I have ever had and the cauliflower with bacon was great. Topped off with some delicious desserts and coffees, it was a perfect night out with friends.

Food was great! Steaks were amazing and the ribeye was huge! Overall an excellent joyable experience.
