Excellent service! Have been in many Coach stores as well as other brands and this was by far my most pleasant experience. Can't say enough about Willie, he really went above and beyond to make our shopping enjoyable, he is the reason we ended up making a purchase. At a time when true service is rare, Willie shines. We made a small purchase yet he made us feel important and went above and beyond. In the future I will return to this location, even though I live out of state, and hope Willie is there!

This is the BEST Coach store I go to. Staff always fun and friendly and every time I go there I find the gem products I charish for years. Best purses, clutches, sunglasses and accessories. Just wish they sold shoes. Everytime I visit Boston I make sure to stop there.

Had a fantastic shopping experience on Saturday. Two sales associates helped my sister and I, and they were both super nice and helpful. We had the best time in the store and walked out very satisfied with our purchases and the overall experience! Awesome

The purses we looked at didn't have the price tag right on them and needed to be looked up at a computer, it was an inconvenient way to do the shopping experience so we didn't waste much time, plus the Coach prices in New Hampshire or Kittery Maine Trump this location. The employee and door man were very nice!

Very bad shopping experience! !! I bought a wallet and shop assistant tell me there’s a free monogram. I told the shop assistant I would like to check the new wallet first before monogram and he said ok. However, few minutes later, without letting me check the wallet, they have already monogrammed it and the wallet itself has some very obvious folds on it. They refused to exchange at the beginning said it’s already been monogrammed. And tell me I should have let them known earlier if I want to check the wallet first, with very bad attitude also! Really ridiculous , for a customized product, isn’t it supposed to be checked and confirmed by customer first? That’s what every other shop do! Finally, they agreed to exchange and telling me that it’s only for this time, no exception next time. For the whole situation, these two man and female shop assistants have been providing a very bad attitude and not even give an apology. However, there’s a Taiwanese shop assistant has been very helpful and trying to solve the problem. Really appreciate her help.

Can't say enough about the staff at this store. Zian and Casper helped me with a repair - hardly a significant sale - and they couldn't have been more courteous, helpful, knowledgeable or attentive if I'd bought every item in the store. I just received my perfectly repaired bag - about two weeks early! Thank you Fanueil Hall Coach! You'll be seeing me again (and 32 of my closest friends and relatives)!

Coach in Boston had unrivaled client service. Carolline was an expert on leather. What's more, she introduced us to the membership program, vanity labels and the personalization platform with pendants. We are eager to put our sense of design at the service of our new camo courier. 20 years back, our first briefcase was a Coach. On that particular day, we flew a Tailwind Air floatplane from NYC to B-Town. Had it not been for bad weather, we would have stayed longer and bought another beloved piece. At last, the security guard opened the door, "Thanks for coming, good day, good bye!" We could all take a page out of the new Coach's playbook.

The store is centrally located by Faneuil Hall and is a great respite from the heat outside. More over, I want to laud the excellent customer service here! Jose was friendly and diligent as he went about recommending perfumes and purses for the gift I needed to purchase. I went in without any clue of what to buy, but I came out with a perfect gift. Thanks Jose!

Excellent customer service!! Found the bag of my dreams and will be back for another one soon! My sister also found an amazing trench coat at an amazing price. These are investment pieces we will have for years to come!!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about Coach products

Was in town for a game last night decided to check out Coach per my sons request. Walked in was greeted and walked around while my son looked at the men’s things. Every where I went or my son we were watched with very heavy eyes. I was so uncomfortable to say the least. Both my son and I spend a-lot of money at Coach in the Maine stores and we will continue to spend our money there. Such a shame that your employees have to racially profile people.
